We booked a limo through this company for my daughter's 11th birthday scavenger hunt around San Francisco with 8 friends. We reserved it a month in advance for 1:30-5:30pm and were instructed to pay in full via Zelle to hold the reservation. The week of the event, I followed up with Reese to confirm everything was set. He replied that we were "all set." On the day of the party, all of the girls had arrived by 1:15pm and were excitedly waiting by the window for the limo. By 1:37pm, there was still no limo and no communication from Reese. My daughter kept asking, "Is the limo coming?" and was trying hard not to cry. At 2:02pm, after waiting over 30 minutes with zero updates, we decided to move to Plan B and drive the girls ourselves. Just as we were walking out the door, a limo finally pulled up. The driver explained there had been car trouble and that he had been called in last minute as a backup. Unfortunately, the limo itself was in very poor condition: no AC, some windows didn't work, no music system at all (we had to grab a portable speaker), and a broken seatbelt alarm that dinged nonstop the entire ride. Most disappointing of all, Reese never contacted us afterward -- no apology, no explanation, and no partial refund. Completely ghosted. Unfortunately, the experience was stressful from the start. After booking, communication was extremely poor. Email responses were slow, often taking days. We became concerned after reading Yelp reviews mentioning no-shows, lateness, and poor service, and sadly, those concerns proved valid. Even receiving something as basic as our payment receipt, especially since they don't accept credit cards, took over a week. Confirming our itinerary and driver details also required repeated follow-up and wasn't finalized until just days before the trip. We clearly communicated that punctuality was critical because we had prepaid tours and luncheon reservations at a winery. When we finally spoke with the owner, we were assured everything would be fine. It wasn't. Our scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM. By 10:15, no one had arrived. Calls to both the owner and driver went unanswered. By 10:30, with no communication at all, our group was understandably very worried. Eventually, we tracked down an assistant who had previously sent our receipt. She answered, apologized, and promised to investigate. The driver later called and said he'd arrive in 10-15 minutes. That turned into another 30+ minutes, followed by additional delays. In total, the driver arrived about 90 minutes late. As a result, we missed our first winery stop entirely. What was most frustrating was not just the lateness, but the complete lack of proactive communication. No warning. No ETA updates. No accountability. We were simply left waiting and wondering if anyone was coming at all. If your plans depend on reliability, professionalism, and being on time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I booked a party bus for a major milestone event and was required to pay the entire balance upfront via Zelle. Despite the full advance payment, the driver arrived over an hour late for our scheduled pickup. This massive delay effectively ruined the day. Because we were so behind schedule, we missed more than half of our prepaid winery reservations in Napa. Between the cost of the transportation and the thousands of dollars lost on missed venue experiences, this company's lack of punctuality caused a significant financial hit. Since the event, the management has gone completely silent. I have sent formal notices and tried to resolve this directly, but Stephen Reese and his team refuse to respond or acknowledge the breach of contract. After digging into their history, I see this is a recurring pattern for this business (TCP 25097). They are notorious for extreme lateness, making excuses for "mechanical issues," and promising refunds that never materialize. Do not trust this company with your money or your important events. They are unprofessional and disappear the moment there is an issue. I am currently filing a formal complaint with the CPUC and moving forward with legal action to recover my losses. read more

Worst limo company ever that you should book with. I am a limo operator myself and would hate to leave this kinda review for a company. We hired them for my clients and made sure everything goes well, we even paid them upfront as they demanded the money. Guess what the driver was 1 hour late, showed up with a regular shuttle bus when we ordered party bus. I have been trying to reach out the owner for a solution but he has been ignoring me. Waited almost a month and have no choice then to leave a review. Whatever the previous review says about this company, that they don't show up on time, they would cancel the service at last minute, shows up in a different vehicle than what you paid for is absolutely correct about this company. I've been a customer for years and the service used to be excellent but NOT anymore. I contracted Million Services to drive a group of kids to/from San Francisco & San Carlos for my daughter's 16th birthday. They didn't show up! When I finally got in touch with Reese, he claimed that the bus broke down. We had to scramble to get Ubers/Lyfts to get everyone to the party. On a positive note, they did send someone to pick us up. Reese agreed to pay for the Uber/Lyft's as well as adjust the price of the service to reflect one direction of service. In total, Reese agreed to refund me $700. Sadly after many requests, he has not refunded my money. Both he and his assistant, Sharde, continued to make excuses ( at the doctor, couldn't remember how to use his bank account, forgot, this list goes on) and promise that the refund was coming. I've been forced to take legal action. No surprise, the business addresses for Million Services have been closed and Reese is evading service of the summons. Reese and Sharde - shame on you! We used Million Services for our wedding, and while the day itself went smoothly and Dale, our driver, was wonderful--polite, professional, and extremely helpful to our wedding party--the communication leading up to the event left a lot to be desired. I originally contacted Million Services in July for our September wedding. Reece was very helpful, offering great advice on vehicle options and making us feel confident in our choice. I promptly sent over the deposit via PayPal and followed up to confirm it had been received. Unfortunately, this is where things started to unravel. I reached out on September 9th to confirm pickup details for our wedding on the 13th--no response. I followed up with a phone call and left a message--still no reply. After sending another email on the 10th, I finally got through to Reese on the 11th. When I mentioned the lack of response, he denied it outright. I explained I had checked my spam folder and received nothing. He started to mansplain to me that I did not know anything about the process or why pickup could not happen in front of City Hall, even though on the day that's where his driver met us. I reminded him that I was trying to confirm details for the day hence the requests for information. He then stated I would receive an email that afternoon with all the information I needed. No email arrived. My fiancé tried reaching out by phone and text several times the following day, but Reese remained unresponsive. Finally, on the evening before our wedding, Reese texted my fiancé, saying he would personally be driving us. Hours later Reese reached out via text stating that Dale would be driving. When my fiancé mentioned that Reese was supposed to be driving, he laughed and said, "Reese doesn't drive" referring to himself in first person. A change in driver would have never been a concern for us but the lack of communication for 3.5 days left us uncomfortable. It was incredibly frustrating to be misled, especially after paying over $750. While I can highly recommend Dale for his excellent service on the day, the lack of communication and the disrespect we experienced leading up to our wedding was incredibly stressful and something that a couple shouldn't have to bear leading up to the wedding. If you're looking for a vendor with clear and timely communication, you may want to consider other options to avoid unnecessary worry before your big day. read more

Bus was late, driver was not the driver we were told, they asked for cash payment before services were rendered, interior of party bus was horrible with torn leather seats, no radio, no aux available, after the event we were stuck in a dark empty parking lot for one and a half hours due to the bus battery/alternator not working. I'm so happy that I used this Limousine service for our pandemic wedding!!! We found them through Yelp, and were able to book this limo without any problems, just 3 weeks before our wedding. They were EXTREMELY nice and friendly, very easy to work with. The company was very professional! They showed up I think 20 mins earlier than anticipated. Our driver, Kevin, was a VERY nice guy! All of our passengers loved him! We were trying to figure out the bluetooth connection to play our own audio, and he was very patient with each of us, and gave us directions what seemed like 3-4 times. He also helped everyone out of the limo, which was nice, since the step is quite high from the limo to the street. The limo was very clean! They also gave us a free bottle of champagne, with champagne glasses, that have special hooks, so that they won't move when the limo moves. It was really nice that we could hook up our own music too. The limo was super spacious, and I think it was actually larger than anticipated, as we had the "tall one" with the "big" ceiling (I was anticipating the low, regular car-height size). My now husband and I were looking for a luxury limo company to take us and some friends up to Napa for some wine tasting in sort of a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. When the number of guests (combo of men and women) was looking a little full, he upgraded us to a larger limo party bus at no additional cost! Our wedding invitations were WORD of MOUTH! So as you can see...Everything was a short notice (3 weeks of planning the venue, transportation, wedding cake, etc- till the big day). We live in San Clemente, CA and my husband and I have always talked about getting in San Francisco, where Marilyn Monroe & Joe DiMaggio got married. Then our guests accomodation keep growing.. so we went from 16 party shuttle to 18 passenger white Hummer limo. He also gave us a pretty decent deal on the hummer... I have done all my research for best service & best deal- Reese is the MAN!! Reese was so accomodating and he helped make our big day very memorable! Everyone was just ecstatic riding on a Hummer limo in a eco-friendly city. After the ceremony, we all get in the hummer and there was chilled champagne waiting for us. We rented out the hummer for 5 hrs. So were were sightseeing the city in STYLE! Reese hooked us up with Bamboo Asia for our catered lunch (sushi, chicken skewers, spring rolls, sandwiches, etc). We ordered just enough food to hold us over till our dinner wedding reception at Bistro Boudin at the Wharf. The food was just fantastic and so delicious. While we were in the CIty Hall, Robert our awesome driver, picked up our catered food. He coordinated with our photographer, Jere, to which location we should have our lunch. We ended up at the Ghirardelli amphitheater. We ate our lunch with the Golden Gate Bridge & Alcatraz view. Thank you Reese for accomodating our needs for our special wedding day on Tuesday, Sept 4, 2012. Robert, our driver, was just excellent! My guests, husband and I had such a great time touring the city in the hummer. Thank you for making it all happen on such a short notice. Everything just came out perfect! Most recently Dale provided transportation for us, certified senior citizens, from Elk Grove to San Francisco for the Celebration of Life of our family member, a retired, but young, SFPD Commander. We had a 7am pickup & returned home at 7:30pm.
