I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. Carlos and his team are awesome. My, then fiance and later that day, wife, booked Wine Country Limousines to drive us and our wedding party around a few San Francisco locations for photo taking and then to our wedding ceremony/reception venue and then finally drive our party home. We got a quote and it seemed a lot more reasonable than quotes from other companies. So we went with them. They had no problem with making itinerary changes and other minor changes even after the trip was already booked. The white limo driven by Roland arrived right on time. The driver was very professional and polite. He was very understanding and had no problem finding all the places and our request to skip one location because we were running short on time. Roland was also the same driver who picked us up after the reception later that night and had no problem waiting as we had to load a few items into the limo. We had a great experience with Wine Country Limousines. Veronica booked our reservation, confirmed when we changed around some of the wineries we wanted to visit, and called ahead the day before to make sure everything was in order. The day of, our driver Tony arrived early to pick us up, and just let us know he was ready when we were. Tony made sure we got to all of our wine tasting appointments on time, and was courteous and friendly throughout the day. We ended up going an hour over the time we had booked, but Tony just let us know when we were about to go over, and let us decide whether to leave then or add on an hour. Also, my sister left her phone in the car, which they returned to us on Monday. I'd highly recommend them- courteous, flexible, communicative, and exactly what we wanted. read more

Oh where to begin. I booked WCL for my wife's birthday for about 10 people. Our limo showed up 30 minutes late which in turn made us late to most all of the wine tastings we had set up. The limo driver insisted on getting a credit card from one of our friends even though I had provided my credit card in advance. Embarrassing to say the least. So my wife wrote a review on Yelp about our experience. They called me to take the review down. She would not as she wanted other Yelp users to know our experience. Two days after the phone call, an extra $120 charge shows up on my credit which we never agreed to are in the process of fighting. Just an all around unpleasant experience altogether. read more

We used WCL based on other yelp reviews and the fact that their all-in cash price ($490 for 8hrs) was the best of all the places I called (and I called a LOT of places). We took an all-day tour to Napa choosing our own wineries and travelled with Carlos. The trip was everything we expected and more! Carlos is very knowledgeable about the area and is just generally friendly and pleasant to be around. He had punctual and courteous and even recommended a fourth winery to us at the end of the day when we found ourselves with a little extra time. I celebrated my Birthday with Wine County Limousine. Everything went great! The chauffeur arrived 15 minutes earlier to make sure we leave on time and don't waste any minute of the precious time :) I was super busy before the actual tour day, so I didn't come up with the itinerary for the trip. The chauffeur was so nice and very knowledgeable about the wine county - we figured out the route on the spot in a minute no problem. We visited 4 wineries total with two stops for a quick snack and a picnic. We went a little bit over the time limit, but it was a busy Sunday and the traffic just could not be possibly avoided. We used Wine Country Limo for my sister's bachelorette Wine Tasting trip this past weekend. Veronica was really easy to work with over the phone and by email! She even provided some suggestions for where we could go and do a group wine tasting. I had never booked wine tastings for large groups before, so I just wish I would have known that almost all wineries REQUIRE reservations for groups of 8 or more. I found that out once I started looking at their websites...Good to know for next time!! Anyway, James, our driver, arrived promptly (even early!) to pick us up the day of the tour. He was nice and friendly and did not mind at all when we were blasting N*SYNC and Backstreet Boys music in the back :) The limo was stocked with 2 bottles of champagne, water, and soda. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the limo itself seemed a tiny bit older...the air conditioning knob was broken, so it was hard to control the temperature, and the hookups for connecting our phone to the car speakers seemed old/not working properly. But, overall, we had a great experience, the price was similar to the other companies I checked with, and I would use WCL again if we want a fun, fancy wine tasting experience! read more

Our company began using Official Transportation, just about a month ago and they are hands down "Amazing"! I e-mailed/called several companies before getting into contact with Carlos, and my experience with each was that I had to wait hours (sometimes days) for just a response. Carlos was e-mailing me at late hours to accommodate exactly what I was looking for and the size of my party. Although we were originally planning a Napa trip, we changed our minds last minute and instead asked that we get dropped off in Sausalito. We stayed for an amount of time that we hadn't disclosed to Carlos -- we just texted him when we were finished, and he was at the front of Bar Bocce in five minutes! Carlos was early to our pick up location, and the stretch limo-style bus welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and cookies.
