She came to our home with samples and helped us select the perfect solution to compliment our black windows, while also keeping our bedrooms private and dark enough to sleep. Buyer beware. If I could give this place a Zero, I would. This place is expensive and only concerned about selling a product. I indicated that I didn't want to spend a lot of money, yet wanted decent products. When I got my quote, I nearly fell over because it was so high and it didn't include the secondary products I was looking at. I had to call them. Ummmm, no. If you are doing a quote, send me the ENTIRE quote, not a partial one, so I can decide. No other window treatment company did this. The second part is partially my fault as I didn't answer their calls, but I got 3-4 calls/texts for an entire month from them. Again, not good. Don't you people get it if someone doesn't answer? The worst part was I asked for a budget qu0ote for a secondary bedroom and got a quote over more than $1K. Seriously? That was more expensive than my living room. My experience illustrates the importance of getting several quotes. I eventually went with a company that provided me with wonderful window treatments and installation that was about half the cost. read more
