I was a Turner Pest Control customer for 11 years. I have now canceled all services -- pest control…read moreincluded -- and this is why. On March 30th, a technician performed a granular fertilizer application on my entire lawn (or so they said they did). Their own inspection report (Invoice #A621944902) documents Time In: 1:40 PM, Time Out: 1:47 PM -- a 7-minute job. The result was uneven, striped fertilizer coverage across my lawn. See my photos. I reported the issue. A return visit was scheduled for April 30th. No one showed, and no one called. When I followed up this week, I was told a manager would contact me upon arrival. A technician arrived on May 7th and performed a re-treatment, but no manager appeared, and no one addressed the damage or took any accountability. Their pest control service is competent. But this company wasted my time, damaged my yard, and never took responsibility. I shouldn't have to fight this hard for a service I'm paying for. I would not recommend Turner's lawn care program, and I no longer trust them with any of my services.

The Orkin man Florida's best friend!!…read more When I moved to Florida in August this year, I was met with scary sized Palmetto roaches. But (knock on wood) I haven't seen even one roach since my own Orkin Man started coming by regularly. Even when I'm not home, he is dedicated and accountable to helping me keep a pest free home. That's not easy to do in Florida. He gave me a list of things I can seal up around the property to help too. Together, those terrorists didn't have a chance. My sincere apologies though. I'm sorry about that sprinkler system. It's on a sensor to keep large palmetto roaches, snakes, cats and geckos from coming inside. It wasn't meant to spray you. But it was just the sweetest thing to see you go about protecting my home anyway. As if it were just a part of the job. I owe you some warm cookies!!

Highly recommended!…read more My parents have been happy and loyal Royal Palm Pest Control customers for years, so when I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a pest control company, they suggested I give Royal Palm a ring. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended!
