Long story short. I got into an accident that was an estimated cost of $1600.00 and some change…read morefrom my insurance company. However, looking at my car I didn't feel that my bumper needed to be replaced like they were suggesting. I went to 3 other body shops around Wilmington who were telling me that they were just going to go off of what my insurance company suggested and another one quoting me over $2,000.00. All of the other body shops were telling me that it would be a 3-4 day repair. I was quoted $900 with Neil & was told he would be able to get it done within a day. And not only did he get it done within a day, but because it was just my fender being replaced (he also found the piece I needed, I just needed to buy it and pick it up because they didn't mail their parts) it costed me under 300.00 to fix. I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM & it was ready by 1:00 PM. I'll definitely come back to him if I get into another collision. Also, when he initially quoted me the $900, he fixed a noise my door was making from the fender being pushed in and the metal popping-- no charge for that.

I was also told the age of my tires might be leading to dry rot. (5 years) When I got out on the highway, the vibration was WORSE! I had to drive at a slower speed to a Subaru dealer in VA. They told me I had a bubble in one tire, & they were "feathering". I had them check the brakes, & they MEASURED the brakes pads at 3 mm, which indicated they needed replacing. Tires were on sale. So I replaced! My Master mechanic son-in-law, When he had taken a look at my tires & heard my story, said: "You need to find a new place to take your car." Wasted $175!
