When I called to get a time to pick it up, I was told that some of the parts were broken when received and need to be reordered and the car would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday (4-5) days late. When I asked when the broken parts were ordered again, I was told just yesterday. How is that possible unless the parts just arrived. I would not know because the woman who answered the phone and was relaying this information to me was incredibly short and rude with me. I asked to speak with the estimator who is doing the work on my car (and the person she was getting the information from). She asked for my number and once I gave it to her, she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to answer. I was not swearing or saying anything about anyone personally, I was simply expressing my need to get more information as I am unclear how this is being delayed. It will almost be a month since I dropped the car off. There was $8000 worth of damage (according to their estimate). Maybe that takes a month, I am no expert, but I feel like that timing is very much on the outside of what I would expect. Hopefully, I never have a need to have my car repaired after an accident again, but if I do, I WILL NOT be returning to this shop and would definitely not recommend you do either!
