had a repair done at Parkers on my truck. all was good for a few years but then the paint started to turn loose from the door. went by to let them inspect and was told that it was a factory defect. they did not even want to repaint the door .so i was left holding the bag after an insurance repair. i have had several repairs done by them, all good except this one. i was even willing to pay to get it repaired . read more

Last week I hit some debri in the road and my front right side of my car was messed up. A week later my car is back and fully repaired! Had a great experience working with Parker's collision, very communicative and they worked with State Farm to make sure everything was good on their end and I didn't have to do anything! BEWARE. We recently had a "repair" done at Parker's Collision because I felt like they had a good reputation. I'm from Wilmington and they've been around as long as I can remember. Back story, our car was hit in the Planet Fitness parking lot while we were inside the store. The other persons insurance accepted liability and we chose Parker's as a State Farm preferred site. We got our bumper fixed and 12 days later it started popping out. We had to tie it up with zip ties on the side of the road so it wouldn't drag. We took it in and they claimed "we must have done something" and they put it back in place and said "be careful" so it doesn't happen again. It's happened again TWICE and they refuse to accept responsibility that they didn't fix it correctly because there are scratches on the bottom of the new bumper. Mind you, each time it popped off we were driving it, so obviously there are going to be a few scrapes on the bottom. But since we can't "prove" that we didn't have another incident in between the time we took it in and 12 days later when it started popping off, now we are responsible! There are NO signs of damage other than the bottom side of the bumper from the three times it popped off. Now we are stuck driving a car with the bumper ratcheted on because of their poor workmanship! This is infuriating! I do not recommend Parker's Collision unless you thoroughly inspect their work before you leave, take photos, and know what you are inspecting for! read more

These guys made my insurance repair a breeze! They took care of everything, finished my car in less time than expected, and the craftsmanship was perfect. Here's the best part, I was at the airport leaving for a few days. Parker's called to tell me my car was done. They knew that I had a rental car while mine was being fixed. They said they would come get my rental and deliver my car to my house so I wouldn't get charged extra days on my rental! These guys really went above and beyond!! read more

Messed up my friends car and refused to fix it horrible service amazed this place is still in business.

STAY AWAY. We took our sons car to Parker's after someone backed into him in a parking lot. The initial repairs were estimated at $6500. After 2 MONTHS of ongoing delays and $2000 in rental car fees, the owner kept telling us the car wasn't ready and that he needed more money and "couldn't we call our insurance again to 'grease the wheels'". The total repair came to $14,000!!!! (Which was never authorized) Insurance finally agreed to pay $10,000. The owner refused to release our vehicle unless we agreed to pay the difference and only handed over the keys after we threatened to call the police and an attorney. I will be filing complaints with the NC DOI and the Better Business Bureau read more

several years ago I took my car to them. took over 60 days and for the entire time it was outside and I found the window open. once I got the car back it had a wet musty smell. when I took it back water had accumulated in the back are. one another occasion I took another car there and when I went to pick it up it was outside the fence with the top down. I raise the top and they had put a 4 in cut in my leather top. had I not picked it up later after they closed I'm sure they would have lied about it. They told me it was like that when I dropped it of which was a flat out LIE. DO NOT use them NO integrity! read more

I scratchEd the clearcoat on my wife's brand new car. I was in big trouble. I took it to Parkers and in a matter of minutes they buffed it out and made it look new again. The most impressive thing, something you almost never see, is they said to me no charge because it only took a couple minutes for us to get it right. You don't get this kind of service often. My car was damaged by a shopping cart. The dent was small but it was in an obvious spot that I had to look at every time I got in my car. I visited a couple shops and chose Parker's because they could handle the claim for my insurance company and I wouldn't have to wait for any approval. They advised that it would take three days for the repair. When I went to pick up my car, I was impressed with the repair. It was perfect. I was also surprised to see that they had washed my car and even cleaned the windows. Great service! Another plus, the staff here is very friendly. read more

I brought my car to Parker's to repair a bumper, that had been damaged at work, when a patient backed into my car. Parker's front office estimator was professional and very knowledgeable. The owner greeted me personally also. All I had to do was contact the insurance company, open the claim and Parker's did all the rest. They sent the insurance company, pictures, and notified them when something unseen arose during deconstruction. The paint job was fantastic and matched perfectly. They completed the job within 2 days. They washed the outside of my car which I thought was probably routine but they cleaned the inside which was not expected at all! I hope to never need body repair again but if I should Parker's is where I will return. read more

Parkers Service showed true professionalism. They were kind and helpful from the first phone call to the last meeting. Throughout the whole process they would give me a call each step of the way. Updating me on what was going on between them and the insurance. My car was deemed a total loss so didn't get to see what their craftsmanship look liked. Would not recommend. Took my car there for front end work after a moderate fender bender leaving a fair amount of damage. Told owner what specific work I wanted completed at that time (I needed to do the repairs in stages due my budget). I repeated several times to the owner that I only wanted certain repairs done, and he promised me that he would comply. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I find that the shop ignored my specific directives and completed all of the repairs. When I confronted the owner, he claimed that I never told him that. The work done on the vehicle was fine and the overall price was high but not ridiculous. However, I work with people I can trust. It's clear to me that the folks running this center cannot be trusted, and that's the bottom line for me. read more
