KC repaired our leaning fence in 2020 after a previous contractor "repaired" our fence and it started leaning once again. It's still in great shape after two years. After a recent windstorm, a section of our fence was knocked over by a tree. KC was friendly and efficient with the estimate. Competitive pricing. On the day of installation, KC was out of town but George showed up in the morning. He was not there at the completion. The crew did not dig out all of the old fence posts even though KC said "That is the only way it should be done when comparing his company to another company who said they just cut them off. When they were wrapping everything up, I had to show the installers where there were large gaps my dogs could get out through and they fixed them when asked. In the days after an abnormal amount of boards started to warp, guess I should have asked for them to use a wider board. A few boards were not fastened to the horizontals which I just simply secured myself. To be fair, I did not bring this to the attention of the company as they are all minor issues, however, because of them I rate the overall experience as good and not excellent. read more
