Extremely disappointed. They try and care for too many dogs without adequate supervision. My 18 week old puppy got an eye injury that incurred a $170 vet bill and the staff claimed they did not even notice it. How that happens is beyond me, all you had to do was look at his face. I would have been far more understanding had I received a phone call about the injury instead of being surprised. My puppy had to have been like that for a long time considering the eye swelling, drainage, and pawing at it. Then, hours later, when the owner contacted my husband she tried to pin the blame on "puppies will play" and blame us for accusing her staff as being inadequate. Very defensive and non-apologetic. I would much rather trust a larger, more established business than attempt to return here. read more

We've been going to Harper's for almost 3 years now. Roscoe has reached the point he actually wants to go to daycare! The ladies are are super caring, helpful and you know they really care about your pups. They've added a lot more safety and has made some updates to the building. They are really trying to accommodate and keep up to everyone needs and wants, in todays market it isn't easy but they are REAL people that cares about your pups! Now they've added grooming services and their in house groomer does an amazing job. I have a miniature schnauzer and she gets his face almost perfectly done and he looks handsome (&cute!). Will definitely be using the grooming and daycare services for years to come. read more

I love love love Harper's Doggie Daycare! My dog, Paisley, has been attending Harper's Doggie Daycare Day Play for 9 months and she absolutely loves it! This company truly makes me and my dog feel welcomed and makes us feel important. All the staff is so friendly. I love how they post the pictures on facebook/instagram and I always enjoy when they give me a "report" on how she was that day. I have taken my dog here for over a year. Daisy is very happy to go and always has a great time. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and they all love the dogs there. Improvements are being made all the time to upgrade. They also offer grooming which is very good. Dogs need to be around other dogs and this is the place to be. read more

We took our 2 dogs there...which are family... Picked them up and our male puppy had 2 bites on him..he was bitten on his ear and neck which left holes and blood. We took him to the Vet and they confirmed that they were bites. Called and talked to owner Sue and she said that it was just playful doggie play. She said we didn't have to take them to the vet. She also refused to reimburse us for the day of daycare nor pay for the meds that he was put on by the doctor... Shame on her....bet she has no insurance.... Never again. Bad place to go. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Harper's Doggie Daycare & their staff. My dog is like a child to me, & I have taken her to Harper's regularly since it first opened. The place is adorable! They have cubbies for all the pets, a bacon scented bubble machine & an outdoor play area. I can feel that the staff at Harper's truly cares about my dog. I've had 2 dogs at Harpers and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. They get personal attention, there is a groomer on site, and the mental and physical stimulation are outstanding. Best doggie daycare ever. Feels like I'm dropping my dog off at a friends home. Wonderful staff that takes good care of the dogs and my dog gets plenty of playtime and exercise, she has to take a nap when I bring her home. This is a great place. Sue (and everyone else) is always so helpful and friendly. I have taken my three dogs there almost since Harper's opened. It's reasonably priced, always clean, and it's small enough that staff can keep an eye on everyone. Most daycare facilities want you to make advance arrangements, but Harpers doesn't require that. This has definitely come in handy for me on more than one occasion! The grooming available in the same building is so convenient and they also do a great job. I would definitely recommend Harpers to anyone who wants convenient, quality, loving care for their 'kids.' read more

Absolutely horrible experience! Made an appointment to get my dog groomed at 830 when I got there and employee named Sarah immediately raised her voice at me and said I was late and that the appointment was at 8. When I know I would not have made it then. But anyway I apologized if I got the appointment wrong but then the employee Sarah started complaining about me to another customer right in front of me. I left and took my dog elsewhere. I would never go back there. read more
