Long story short, a Passlock sensor in my vehicle was acting up and my vehicle would not start. (In my opinion, GM's Passlock system is a very flawed system that should not fail in a closed loop situation, preventing the owner from even starting their own vehicle!) I had a key re-learn procedure that was close but not the exact one for my vehicle. I called All About Locks and spoke with a very friendly, helpful person who immediately knew the proper procedure. I tried it and the vehicle started up. I had to travel out of town a short time after my phone call and the help provided allowed me to reach my destination on time. I appreciate the friendly, honest help provided. I was in a serious time sensitive situation that he could have turned in into a service call - instead, I received the help that was needed to solve my problem on my own and literally at the last minute before I absolutely had to be on the road, my vehicle started and all was good. I do all my own maintenance and repairs on my vehicles and enjoy knowing and learning how things work and I learned something new from this. Now I am going to take measures to permanently bypass the Passlock system on all my GM vehicles so I never get stranded again but for any other issues with locks, this is definitely our go-to place. Showed up early and was at work as I arrived at the location. He charged what he quoted. Worked with us on our special billing request. We needed 2 cars rekeyed with chipped keys. He did a quick job. Unfortunately I lost all my keys to my house car and gates. My car has a special system to where it remembers the keys made for it so my spare didn't start it. Bought a new (used) car that only came with 1 key and fob. Bought two of each on Amazon and made an appt via text. 15 minutes after arrival both keys were cut, both new fobs were programmed. He even told me that the fobs I got were from a quality manufacturer. Once Michael arrives in his big blue working van, your worries are over. The work space inside of his van is clean and organized. He is very courteous, efficient and thorough. Our gun safe had a push pin access....it locked up. We tried changing batteries, calling Cannon for advise...nothing. I called Michael/owner and he would of come that day if it worked for us. The safe was very difficult to open, but he was diligent. Once the lock was removed, he was able to see the problem.....complete lock failure. We will be contacting Cannon, since the safe has lifetime warranty. For this big of a job, the price was quite reasonable. We would not hesitate to call again if the need ever arouse again.
