After having an unpleasant experience with the male therapists here, especially Levy, I've wanted to book an appt with a female therapist instead. Due to that reason, I have to book my appt 2 months out. For this recent visit, Klare was my therapist. She is very sweet, but I'm not fond of her techniques. For example, she pinches into my skin instead of using gliding strokes, which hurts. After multiple visits, I have not found a therapist I like here. Also, they need to hire more therapists, so customers don't have to book so far in advance for a massage, especially if they want a female therapist.

If the staff would effectively communicate, I would of been told to get dressed and wait in the lobby BEFORE I sat down and got comfortable in the internal waiting section...now my serene, relaxing experience is cancelled and I'm stuck in the lobby. My recommendation: don't book this place, it's small, has no amenities and not worth total cost.
