Udander was my first spa experience where I splurged for a massage. It's a beautiful space with a clean, minimalist design and neutral palette. I've had multiple visits to both locations. Parking is easier at this location, and the space is even more beautiful. After having an unpleasant experience with the male therapists here, especially Levy, I've wanted to book an appt with a female therapist instead. Due to that reason, I have to book my appt 2 months out. For this recent visit, Klare was my therapist. She is very sweet, but I'm not fond of her techniques. For example, she pinches into my skin instead of using gliding strokes, which hurts. After multiple visits, I have not found a therapist I like here. Also, they need to hire more therapists, so customers don't have to book so far in advance for a massage, especially if they want a female therapist. read more

I had 3 appts: facial for 60 minutes, massage for 60 minutes and then a wax and tint. I had a bit of a wait in between massage being done and wax. The masseuse finished our session and walked me back downstairs to wait in the sauna section. Unbeknownst to me, there was a booked steam and sauna session that was scheduled to happen....so one of the ladies asks me to get dressed and wait in the waiting area. Seriously?!? If the staff would effectively communicate, I would of been told to get dressed and wait in the lobby BEFORE I sat down and got comfortable in the internal waiting section...now my serene, relaxing experience is cancelled and I'm stuck in the lobby. My recommendation: don't book this place, it's small, has no amenities and not worth total cost. read more

As I start to venture back out, I'll be writing review updates to tell you about updates made to protect customers. I came to Udander last week for a facial, plus brow wax and tint. When you arrive at Udander for your appointment now, you call them to let them know you've arrived. The staff wears masks the entire time. Once you're in, they take your temperature using a forehead scan thermometer and there is hand sanitizer for you to use. Once inside your treatment room, they have a clean paper towel down for you to place to place your mask. I assume if you're just having brows or lashes done you can leave that on if you like, but with a facial, a mask just isn't possible. You place all your belongings in a basket and are given a small wrap/robe. Gone are the big fluffy blankets, but that makes sense. The bed is warm, so I didn't miss it that much. I didn't go back into the steam/sauna or shower and locker room areas, so I can't comment on that. I needed some products, and the receptionist took everything down off the shelf so I did not touch anything. Gone are the testers, of course, so if you want to smell something, I'm not sure how that will work. I was buying things I have used for years so I did not miss the testers. Maybe you can test things in the treatment room as part of your treatment if you know what you need in advance and ask at the beginning of your appointment? I'm not really sure on that. When it was time to pay, they had my card on file, so all of that was contact free. Overall, there wasn't a single thing I think they could have done differently or better. I felt safe and it seemed like they were taking every single precaution to help keep their staff and customers safe. And, as an aside, my brows look amazing, thanks Yvonne! read more

Booked a couples massage in February. First Saturday they had an opening was in August. Then they said we couldn't do a couples massage anymore because they only have one therapist. Wouldn't refund us, they changed our 45 min sessions to 30 min. The massage was bad and hurt and the guy stopped after 24 minutes lol. Don't waste your money on these clowns. read more

I've been here a year ago for a massage & steam and definitely enjoyed my experience. However - This past Christmas my husband booked me a facial, steam & massage on various days depending on what was available. First was my facial - The actual service was very nice / As a previous lead esthetician for a four diamond hotel I am extremely picky on my facials and this facial was very well done and definitely didn't stick to the basic facial steps and went outside the box to make it a custom and a high end experience. My complaint comes in to the overall experience here - just because I only had a facial booked I was seated in the outside lobby, had my facial done in the room next to the restrooms, and then back to the lobby. For a high end experience I was very disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity to change into a robe, decompress in the back lounge area and allowed to relax afterwards and recollect myself. Facials should be treated just as relaxing and rewarding as a massage especially for the price that they ask for the service. Secondly - My massage & steam unfortunately fell on the date which a snow storm came through and they were unable to keep my appointment. No complaints there as obviously they have no control over the weather but this is where my next complaint comes. Due to this being the month of February their schedule was clearly pretty booked up for Valentine's Day and they offered to reschedule my appointment an entire month away from my original service day. A MONTH - OVER A TEXT, and my biggest pet peeve is that they saw nothing wrong with this and didn't bother offering any discount or something to accommodate for the extreme delay in service. When my husband said we would prefer not to take the appointment an entire month late they just simply said "Okay!" and offered no apologies for the inconvenience. The customer service here is extremely poor and is a disappointment for a luxury spa. read more

Was treated to a couples massage by my boyfriend and this place was great! No frills, just simple and clean interior. We did a private sauna/steam session first which was nice but wish there was more direction about staff walking in while we were fully nude. The massage was phenomenal and both of the masseuses we had were friendly and listened to our requests. Is it a little pricey, yes, but I think it was worth every penny if you are looking for a day of relaxation. read more

Fist time at the Nichols Hills location and ohhhhhhh baby. Yvonne gave me the most relaxing and soothing facial I've ever had, she has a veer warm and comforting presence about her. I was also fortunate to have Levy for a massage and I don't think I can ever see another masseur again. Seriously. My whole body was tingling and I feel like a newborn baby. Can't recommend high enough. 10/10 read more
