I asked many questions before our visit and specifically asked for Ellen to do the grooming and was assured she would. I discovered that he was groomed by someone else. He is well trained and easy to groom. He came home with very poorly trimmed nails, rough and close to dangerously short. I checked his ears and only one ear was cleaned out, the other was full of debris. His coat seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned and rinsed thoroughly. Your dog will be stuck in a kennel for 6-8 hours without a potty break and come home covered in feces. The under staff is paid $14 a hour so of course the animals are getting treated accordingly to the pay. The employees went over a month without being paid because she chipped into the business account to help her last dui case. Still a nice lady just VERY shady. Last year my cousin worked there and said danny (the gm) shoved a dogs noses into poop because "it spitefully shit" and the dog knew what it was doing.
