Like, are they secretly training for the Pet Store Olympics? Because every visit (and even delivery!) is smooth, helpful, and way too easy. I recently got a Mini Aussie puppy from this establishment. He was originally from a breeder and…read morewas sold to the store. I called and set up a meeting with the puppy before making my decision. DO NOT be fooled by the niceness of the staff!! Over the phone they mentioned that the puppy was going to be between $1,500 and $2,000, with monthly payments. after I had gotten there and been playing and loving on the puppy for over two hours they told me he was going to cost $3,600 with monthly payments of $100, which is an EXTEME difference to what they told me over the phone. They had me fill out an online form, without telling what I was filling out. the whole time i though i was filling out a form to be approved to take the dog home. Proof of income, Proof of housing, ect. in reality, I was filling out an application FOR A LOAN. No one made it aware to me that i was applying for a loan and by the time i submitted the form it was too late. I didn't figure out it was a loan until i complemented the working helping me how it was good they make everyone fill out those forms. Then he informed me that yes everyone has to fill those out to be approved for the loan. i said "loan?". I have the puppy at home now and was doing research on his lineage when i found out the the breeder he came from was not only being bashed on the internet for mistreatment, changed their name to avoid bad press, but were also selling these puppies for $500. Puppy dreams added another $3,000 to his cost. I am extremely pissed off how badly they ripped me off. I genuinely feel bad for the puppies that are still in that place, and for the people going their to find their best friend for life but instead they get deceived and taken advantage of. I am a 20 Y/O college girl who was looking for a dog to help with my mental health and anxiety; they knew that and still decided to rip me off. I am so ashamed of not only them but of myself for trusting the very "nice" guy helping me through the process.

Second time they were suppose to come to our home again and I received a call the groomer was out. Yes, your wife picked them up which I appreciated that. But, I had to bring them back down there again to get redone which they only did Leo and not Bailey which I asked. I let that go and still purchased a toy and were charged again to get just Leo redone. Third time the were coming to my home which were suppose to be this past Wednesday and I received a text with a different time then what I were told. We brought them down there Monday and this is when we picked them up they looked the same like they hadn't been touched. Then I received several text from the owner (female) being rude. Dog Injured At Pet Smart Boarding…read more We took our sweet puppies Princess and Sparkle to be boarded at Pet Smart over the weekend. At or about Sunday, October 17, 2021, Pet Smart began bombarding my wife with calls from morning to afternoon. We learned that something happened to Sparkle's leg, but mysteriously no one knew what happened. At first we were told that there was an injury to Princess, but we were then told that it was Sparkle. We were told that Sparkle would be taken to a Vet. When Princess and Sparkle were picked up this afternoon, she came home with a dog cone around her neck and a STAPLE in her CUT leg. I don't care if we were not charged for boarding and the Vet fee was free as a result, this is downright negligence. I would really like to know what the hell happened to my dog's CUT leg, because I have a hard time believing that no one knows. The question becomes, what would the very likely trail of blood tell you on the floor near wherever the mysterious injury occurred. There had to be blood near where the injury occurred. My issue is, just be honest and tell the truth. Don't make stuff up, especially when my dog comes home with a STAPLE in her CUT leg. It's dishonest and I will not be taking my dogs back here again. I recommend that no one brings their dogs to board here. I would give this place 0 starts for the experience if I could. My dog is traumatized!

Amazing place! Just bathed my dog there today and it's honestly the best. I like that they have a…read moretub and floor option, the hot water is working especially on today when the temps are below freezing, and the dryer was very nice and actually did warm up a bit which really helped with the drying process. Best thing was the tubs are a nice height. The normal steel tubs at other places always hurt my back but this was nice and my dog didn't get nervous at all cause she wasn't enclosed in a steel metal tub. We will definitely be back again.
