He guided us through the emergency into the evening hours on Sunday, set up an appointment for us the following day with a specialist and saw my son the next day after hours to make sure he was getting the right help. Dr. Jonathan is always more than willing to schedule in patients who have emergencies, and is exceptionally patient when it comes to helping even the youngest of kids (who are almost always pretty scared to see the dentist). Many of the staff members there have been around for a long time and are familiar faces who are helpful and determined to assist in providing great dental services. Seeing so many negative reviews here is unsettling and I recommend reading them with caution. I unfortunately witnessed a number of scenarios as the ones described that were definitely not the fault of the staff, as they just reinforce safety regulations/office procedures which often lead to anger, outburst, and retaliation. Some offices aren't for every patient and finding one for you is definitely important. The staff here are open to helping families and kids from a variety of different cultural backgrounds. I truly enjoyed being a patient there myself since I was a little girl. There are tons of other people my age who can confidently share the same story!

Front desk employees are highly unprofessional. There's something about them that makes me uncomfortable every time we go in. And the hygienists work on the kids like it's an assembly line. There's one in particular that's rude, rough and never smiles, oh and looks as if she's running late for something. Anyway, I'm sad to leave this practice because we really like the dentist but quite honestly we spend most of our time with his supporting staff than him. I called in December to confirm my cleaning is covered or I will wait 2 weeks and book in January with the insurance I was assured xray and cleaning were covered Upon my return in January, I was told I have a $200 balance, and the cleaning was not covered Strike 1. The xray showed a small cavity under an old filling and would cost 20 to 40 dollars After the work was done I was unable to eat on the side due to discomfort/pressure. I returned the next week, he took an xray and said I needed a root canal, handed me the business card of endodontist Strike 2 He told me to return so he could but the crown on. In all my years never had a dentist refer me out for dental work , Strike 3 I asked why he does not do root canals, the receptionist said he's to busy and I owe another 40 dollars, making the filling +$80 Summary I had no pain, he filled a cavity, left me in pain, handed me a card and charged more money. I'm out a couple of hundred dollars and looking for a new dentist.
