I tried to schedule appointments for my three kids at the dentist on Friday, October 11. I called the office, but no one picked up. Then, I received a text from the office's virtual assistant, Sophia, who seemed eager to help. I explained that I wanted to set up three appointments, and Sophia informed me that they had slots available on Monday, October 14, at 12 PM, 12:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. I was relieved and quickly accepted all three appointments, thinking I had everything lined up perfectly. Fast forward to today--Monday, October 14--I walk into the dentist's office with my kids, only to be met with an entirely different reality. The staff informed me that the appointments I scheduled with Sophia weren't for today. They are actually for October 30. I couldn't believe it! It felt like I had just wasted my entire day, trying to juggle my work schedule and personal commitments around these appointments, all for nothing. What made matters worse was the fact that I had rearranged my work hours to accommodate the dentist visit. I could have gone to work today and simply taken another day off later in the week, but instead, I was left feeling like I had made a colossal mistake. The office manager told me that the virtual assistant "Sophia" is something new that they are trying out and they couldn't accommodate my kids today which only added to my frustration. It's one of those moments where you feel like you're putting in all this effort to balance everything in your life--work, kids, appointments--and then something as simple as scheduling a dentist visit turns into a major headache. I left the office feeling disappointed and upset. All I wanted was to ensure my kids got their dental check-ups without throwing my entire week into disarray. I won't be returning to this office. If they can't even get the schedules right, it makes me wonder if they're truly on top of their game when it comes to cleaning my teeth. I mean, scheduling is such a fundamental part of running an office, and if that's falling through the cracks, what does that say about the attention to detail for the actual dental work? It's a bit concerning! I want to feel confident that the people taking care of oral health are organized and reliable, not just winging it when it comes to appointments. It's just hard to shake off that doubt when you're sitting in the chair, thinking, "If they can't manage a simple schedule, how can I trust them with something as important as teeth?" In the end, it's about finding a place where I feel comfortable and assured that I'm getting the best care possible, and right now, that's just not happening here. If there was an option for me to give zero stars, that's what it would be.

I'm posting my Google review here as well because I don't like how someone I care about was treated…read morerecently at this place. I no longer go here and am much happier with my new dentist who actually answered my question I had and didn't try to convince me to spend thousands on a procedure I didn't need. Don't trust dr.doogan. Staff is incredibly rude. Went today for doctor's appointment. They acted like everything was a minor inconvenience and got annoyed at every little thing. Dr antonucci is such a kind and wonderful doctor. It'll be a shame to lose him as a dentist. Donna is also incredibly kind. I've known her since I was a child since I was going to the old office location for Dr antonucci. I'll miss seeing her when I come in for my 6-month appointments. Edit- they have now scheduled me for an appointment I DID NOT make for this Monday. Edit for appointment from December - decided to give them another chance. staff is still extremely rude. Dr.Doogan only saw me as a dollar sign and didn't listen when I asked why my back molars hurt when I get a migraine and that my migraines are triggered from lack of sleep. I know my jaw isn't aligned properly and I trust my actual dentist Dr.antenucci about if it doesn't bother me to not spend thousands to fix it. I get he's a dentist and he does need to make a living but maybe listen when a patient is telling you what's wrong. This is why women rarely go to the doctor because we get ignored. He asked what my migraines get triggered by I told him lack of sleep and dr.doogan just ignored what I was saying so he could make me spend thousands on something I didn't need. I had to reschedule my appointment because The hygienist had an emergency. Totally understandable. It happens but what would have been nice is if they told me that I wouldn't be seeing my usual dentist when I rescheduled. The hygienist was really nice. Office manager had called me after my first review and was very condicending and would not let me speak. She spoke over me everytime I tried to answer her question. Going to miss dr.antinucci and Donna
