Stop in and see them. The employees are very helpful, pleasant, and get the work done in a timely manner. One gets what we pay for. Don't waste your time on others jewelry stores. I went for a jewelry repair (I should've went to icebox) where it was purchased. However, I went to repair a bracelet, and the same day I picked it up, I had the same issue (but it seems like in more places). I was out of my jewelry for so long I wanted to trust that it was inspected and done right. Long story short. I lost the bracelet. I trusted the repair was done right. I wasted my money on the repair and will never have my bracelet back.

ronnie claimed he was the owner of markezza jewelers when i put a cross chain on layaway as a gift…read morefor my ex-husband. i came in saturday morning, september 7, 2024 to let ronnie know that i will not be able to make anymore payments. so, i will will like a refund of my money i put on the cross chain which is $1,o20.00. so, ronnie told me they don't do refunds. i said your receipts don't say that. then he said i will need to talk with my bosses. i said wait a minute. you told me that you owned the store now you're saying you have to talk to your bosses??? he said they are not going to do any refund. then he said you can have a store credit. i said no thank you. then he told me to come back on monday, september 9, 2024. i went there today. he claims his bosses said no they are not able to do a refund. i asked ronnie for his bosses phone number and he said his bosses don't have a phone number and they don't talk to the customers. i said that is most stupidist thing i have ever heard. they should want to talk to their customers. then he shows me a business card supposedly with his name on it but he claims that the email address is to his bosses. he said i can write to them and hopefully they might can do something for me. markezza jewelers are no good they will rob you

We really appreciated his attention to detail, the welcoming space, and his help with everything. I was told they were going to custom order the mount to fit the the stone and I had other things I wanted to add to the ring it was going to take 4-6 weeks to come in. my boyfriend gets the ring and tell me it looks different ,it's a whole other ring! not the one i chose . I went to the store Josh is a super great guy made me feel like i wasn't crazy but Renae said in front of me "i told you not to show or tell her" . after talking she made me feel like the ring i chose was stupid. said the base is to small diamonds are going to knock out everyone comes in for that issue it wasn't worth it and the ring they ordered is bigger and better but if i wanted they can order the ring i want but it would take 4-6 weeks again. only reason i didn't go with that is because i dont have 4-6 weeks to wait he had a plan and time frame a very tight one. if she offered a rush on the order i would have said yes let's get my dream ring but no this screwed this exciting step for us up. There was no apologies just a simple this ring is bigger and better and he shouldn't have showed me in the first place. I want the ring I chose but i feel like if we were to order it it still wouldn't be what I imagined and hoped for. I thought they specialized in custom rings and had a in house jeweler but the ring i got wasn't my custom one just one order off of Gabriel. They completely lost my trust , there was no paper or records on the ring so we decided we had to get it appraised to make sure one thing was right.
