I am totally blind and have been searching for a Tissot silen-T watch since mine died recently. This is the best watch I've ever had as a blind person. Their website sent me to Shopify to complete the sale. When trying to complete the sale I put in all my information, including my credit card information, but was unable to enter my shipping address. I found this puzzling. So, I called them. First time I called I got no answer. The second time I called I spoke to a female employee. She said that she would have to check with the Tissot rep. I found this odd because the website looks like the inventory is theirs not Tissot's. They said they would call me back. I did not receive a call back, so, the next day I called them, again. This time a female employee, I suspect it was the same person, told me that I was in luck because the TSA rep was in their store. I don't know why that was important, but, she said hold on and went to speak to him. She came back on the line and told me that the rep from Tissot told her that these watches had not been produced in 26 years. I knew that they were discontinued but I don't believe it was 26 years ago as I have only been blind for 25 years. And I have bought two of these watches within the last 15 years. The ones I bought, I purchased new, from Kay jewelers. The female employee told me that she didn't even know they had a Shopify presence. She also said they don't have those watches. So, all in all, if you're trying to do business with them go to their physical location and maybe they can help you. Obviously, trying to deal with them over the phone with their website is a total waste of your time. I was definitely unimpressed and disappointed.

He gave me some options and I left the rings there on a Friday afternoon and I received a message that they were ready for pick-up on Tuesday. A different fellow rang me up and he was just as friendly and professional as Billy. But WOW. My rings look stunning. Absolutely dazzling and better than the day that they were new. It wasn't a cheap fix, to size the 2 bands up but it's worth it so that I can wear them, at least until I decide if I want to re-design them into a different style sometime down the road, which they told me they do at More Than Diamonds too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anybody to go to, far more than any of the jewelry chain stores around the mall.
