Staff were incredibly professional and attentive. I came in for back issues and met with Dr. Kan. They wanted me to get x rays which they have an actual c ray machine at this location. However, he was able to pull it up from my other doctor. Dr. Kan had really great bedside manners and he's a compassionate physician. Questionable practice. My wife has been having extreme pain in her shoulder. First went to Straub urgent care. Doctor there said wife would need a shot for her shoulder and would have to go to All access ortho for shot. At all access they told my wife what her condition was and did not do a damn thing about her pain. They told her to do some exercises. When I asked if they could prescribe some prescription strength creme the woman said to buy some over the counter stuff that did not do a damn thing. Meanwhile I have to put up with the bitching and moaning from my wife. What a waste of time and insurance money. Don't go to this place if you need help. read more

I'm so glad this place is open on the weekends. After I got a sprain and wasn't treated by the right doctor the first time, I was able to just drive here and finally get the care I needed. The PAs were all so kind and helpful. I've had to come back a few times for paperwork, and every single time they really tried their best to help me and make things easier. Been here twice for my daughter. She got injured playing volleyball and after 2 days we decided to take her in. I called and they informed me that they accepted our insurance. We jumped into the car and drove over. Parking can be busy but we got lucky the two times. As soon as we walked in they asked for all the necessary documents and gave me paperwork to fill out. Once we completed they called her to go in and take X-rays. The staff were super friendly and put us at ease. She needed crutches and a brace which they provided before we walked out. As we left I stopped at the desk for any payment that was needed and she reassured me that the insurance would bill us directly if needed. read more

After reading the other comments I was quite nervous when I saw the gray haired older lady working as receptionist. She was on the phone when I walked in so I waited a few steps away from the counter. While on the phone she greeted me and said she will be right with me. I smiled, nodded and took a seat. When she was done with her call she called me up, asked a few questions and gave me my paperwork. After I finished my paperwork she said to leave it on the counter. I did. Then I was called in to take X-rays. The guy taking X-rays was kind and professional. Then i went to the room. Then talked with the PA. She explained my X-rays and treatment. All Access Ortho definitely lacks customer/patient care skills. They are all so aloof. Hale Pawa'a location and Mililani location. My Dad fell last Friday. I took him to Straub Urgent care and they did not have an xray tech working that day, so they suggested all access ortho. I wish they would have suggested emergency instead. I asked @ Straub if they would clean my dad's scraps @ All Access and she said yes. My father will be 90 yrs old and moves very slowly. They took a bunch of xrays. The xray tech had me stay in the room and help hold my fathers feet in certain positions. I myself have been to all access and I told him I think he did my X-rays a couple of weeks ago. He didn't even look at me and said, "I don't know. Maybe." Ok fine. Then we see the PA for my dads arm. She says he has a fractured wrist and elbow. She has to confer with Dr on what to do. I ask if she will clean my Dads scrapes. She told me that isnt what they do. They just do bones. I told her that Straub Urgent Care told me they would: She said, I don't know why they told you that. She reluctantly did it. She did show at home care.. So I am appreciative for that. She put a splint on it. And told us we have to come back to cast it in a week. Unfortunately there was a huge storm the Friday we were supposed to do it. We are back here now for the casting. More X-rays. I asked the same xray tech why we are doing X-rays again. He gives me a snippy answer. Asked if I don't want to do it. I think asking why additional X-rays need to be taken a week later is a reasonable question. Also, my Dad who again will be 90 next month asked if he could use the bathroom. Last week when we came they let him use the bathroom in the office. The receptionist handed me a key. I assumed the door was locked and directed my father to the same restroom he used last week. An assistant sitting around the inner island yells, the restroom is outside. I told them he used that restroom last week. He uses a cane. Is almost 90. Walks extremely slow. The pavement outside is wet. My concern is that he can slip and fall again. They are so rude and unsympathetic. They are a terrible representation of medical professionals. I feel like their main objective is billable hours and services. There is no humanity and concern in their care. I have to say that Chasen the PA was very nice to my Dad. He is the one bright spot today! read more

Wanted to seek orthopedic care and work up near my house in the central oahu area. This place is located in mililani but parking was hard to find as there are many other dining business open and busy. Hours were convenient as they closed at 8 pm and I could go after work to get checked out. Staff were friendly and I had to wait ~5 to 10 minutes to be taken in the back for xray and see the PA as a walk in. I was given a brace and sent on my way. All questions and concerns were answered. If you are in the area and want to be seen by an orthopedic urgent care this is the place. Way more easier than heading to town! read more

I am giving a review of 3 stars because of my mixed experience here. I went in for leg pain. They did an xray of my hip (even though the pain didnt seem to come from my hip) and the PA was nice and helpful and said I did have arthritis in my hip which likely is causing pain down my leg. She prescribed me medication and physical therapy. My PCP and the pharmacist advised against the prescribed medication because I smoke, so I didn't take it, but over a week's time, the pain became unbearable. I would've goven this visit 5 stars because the service was efficient considering it's a walk-in clinic and the PA was very nice and helpful. I went back to All Access today due to unbearable pain and to advise the pain was still not in my hip but mainly coming from my knee. The PA I saw today was so rude and sassy! She said I could have arthritis in my knee, but there's no point in doing an x-ray unless I really need to know and was basically nasty the entire time I was there. She was referring to my hip pain, and I had to repeat at least twice that I don't have pain in my hip. I asked if there were other options to the medication previously prescribed, she was sassy throughout her explanation. Mind you, I saw her today about an hour after opening. They identified at 8,and I walked in around 830 AM, so did she already have a rough day? Is she just a total B always? Who knows. I wish I got her name, so i could avoid going there whenever she is working. I wouldn't go there again if I can help it because she had no reason to be so rude and sassy for our 10 minute visit. read more

The x-ray technician, medical assistant, and physician's assistant who took care of me today were top notch. I came in with neck and arm pain and weakness. These three were kind and caring in all my interactions with them. PA Shaylee explained everything with confidence, care, and compassion in ways I could understand but not talking to me like a child. She has exceptional "bedside manners." The only reason I could not rate a 5 was because I was there two hours. But that is to be expected for walk-in clinics. read more

First time here, heard about it from my friends. Walk in clinic with no appointment. The staff was very nice and helpful. 2-months ago playing tennis, fell and hit my shoulder while running for the ball. Rehab my self with massage Acupuncture and going to the gym. I'm at 98 percent without pain. Just couldn't get to 100% for my serve and overhead. Came here to get an Xray and Dani did an ultra sound to see more than the Xray. She suggested that I get a MRI, and after meet with Dr. Darrel Kan. They have 3-Clinics around Honolulu. So if you have any injuries due to sports related or work. Please give this place a try. I'm a victim of plantar fasciitis for about 5 years now. It was good for awhile but my heel started to hurt again and made me think maybe something is broken. So I decided to visit these wonderful people at All Access Ortho Mililani. My husband visited them before for his tennis elbow and he was happy with them. And yes, no appointments. So go ahead and walk in. Unfortunately, two other parties were there all at the same time with me so there was a little of wait. Step 1, you need to show them your ID & insurance cards. Step 2, you have to complete 3 papers. (You can download them on their website if you want to be ahead of your game.) Step 3, x-ray is taken. Step 4, you will be seen by the specialist. They are very efficient, place is clean, and staff are professionals. I was so glad I could just walk in and got to see a specialist and got an answer. Yes, I still have plantar fasciitis. The specialist gave me some information with stretches I can do. I'm just glad nothing is broken. If you are not familiar with Mililani Mauka like me, this office is located behind the gas station. I don't know what this shopping mall is called but there is a drive thru Starbucks with a long line. Ample, free parking is available in front of their office. They recommend wearing a mask and they have disposable masks available for you. read more

WTF!!!! The receptionist was an a**hole today. First off, we had an appointment at 10:30am. I called at about 10 to let them know we were running behind. We arrived at 10:40. We got called into the back little after 11, maybe 11:15. My husband asked how come it was taking soo long at the front while my son and I were in the room. All of a sudden the receptionist is eating outside the room we're in talking shit about us. She said to her colleagues, "well they were late!" I popped out of the room and said yeah about 15 min, she then replied that the walk ins from 8am are taken into consideration, which I didn't have a problem with but don't make like we were 15 minutes late, therefore 2 hours later we still have not been seen or communicated with. We walked out. Even if you have one physicians assistant - say something to your patrons rather than being sassy and rude!!!! Just brought my mother there. She was referred out by her doctor. I was cautious after reading some reviews but my experience was the direct opposite. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. From check-in, to x-rays and the consultation. They took very good care of my mother. After I told them she had a hearing problem, they spoke slower and louder for her benefit. I would definitely recommend using them if you need their services. A worker at JACO Rehab Mililani referred me to this location via phone as the neurologist assigned to me has been out of the office for three weeks now, I've exhausted all my PT sessions, and certain areas of my body are in pain. My only regret is I wish I found out about this place earlier. No appointment needed. They accept walk-ins. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Since it's my first visit here, I filled out and signed paperwork while I also provided to them my ID, insurance card and CD of my MRI. Waited about 15 mins before I was called in. There were two other people before me. Loved the calm, organized and modern features. Already prepped and ready with Halloween decor at front and back desks. Staff went over the results and provided me with a signed referral form to bring to any of JACO Rehab locations indicating schedule physical therapy twice a week for the next four weeks = total of eight sessions. Take a guess where I went next. Drove across the street to JACO Rehab Mililani, provided referral form, then scheduled all PT sessions. I'm very happy with the outcome. read more

The Doctors here are very knowledgeable! X-rays! Not 1 or2! The Doctor explained what was causing my pain. She told me my options. I should've asked better questions. Went back 11 days later for a cortisone shot. Amazing! No pain, even though the needle was longer and thicker! Results were almost instant! Problem was my foot got stuck on the approach at Leeward Bowl again the following Monday and back to square one, but worse. Called the Doctor and she recommended JACO. They have 3 locations and I chose Kapolei. This company works with Professional Sports teams and professional athletes. They are a "walk in", therefore no appointment needed. Get there as early as possible. Have to fill out forms, takes about 10-15 minutes. HUGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I can't believe all the times I've been to Gyu-kaku I've never noticed this place! Convenient, friendly service, decent parking , and no appointment needed. Located a hop, skip, and a jump (don't hurt yourself, or you just might need to visit) away from Gyu-kaku in Mililani Mauka. Parking could be a challange depending what time of day you stop by (open 7 days a week Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm) as they do share a parking lot with the other busy businesses in The Gateway. Unfortunately, I was referred here after a visit to Wahiawa General determined I had a fractured shoulder from a slip and fall. Had I known about them sooner I could have eliminated that ER visit, and bill all together! One downside was all the paper work they have you fill out. Thank goodness for my husband because I couldn't write with my fracture being in my dominant arm. I went first thing Sunday morning, love that they're open all 7 days of the week, makes it super convenient. There was no wait and the PA I saw was very sweet. I was disappointed that no additional imaging was performed but after a short exam the PA said she didn't think it was necessary after reviewing the CD of my x-ray from the ER. I was referred to a doctor Blum for follow-up in 1 week and thought it strange that he wasn't available to be seen at this location, but instead I had an option of Honolulu or Kapolei for my visit. All in all this place is super convenient and can save you a trip to ER if you have an orthopedic emergency in the Mililani area, just be prepared to fill out a lot of paperwork. read more

Ok, they are running behind but, there's no communication to the patients and she didn't know my wife was in the room with my son when she began to talk smack while eating with her co-worker. All I asked was for an update as my son and wife were waiting about an hour in the room. Only at that point was I told they only had one therapist. No problem, but when that lady started talking s&$!, that's when we decided to leave. Workers Comp Case? Come here! Clutzy me fell at work. I really thought that I broke my ribs (again). It was so painful that I went straight to the doctor after work and napped in the waiting room until she arrived. When she heard that it was a Workers Comp case, she sent me to All Access Ortho. There are two locations - one in Honolulu and one in Mililani. I chose Mililani because there's less traffic, more parking, less patients, and the parking is free! For every visit (initial, follow up, and final), workers were friendly and efficient! I hardly had a wait...even getting an xray was quick! Dr. Adam was especially good about explaining everything such as exercising the area (don't baby it) and being patient because treatment for a sprain is the same as treating broken ribs. I think this is the go to place for weekend sports injuries. My daughter fell down during a Saturday soccer game and her wrist was really painful. I was able to come here and get X-rays taken, identified the fracture, and got her into a split that day. The initial experience is like most medical places where you fill out paperwork on insurance and medical history, then my daughter was taken to an X-ray room and took multiple pictures her wrist. I honestly didn't see anything that looked like a fracture but she had a buckle fracture so it just looked like there is was a bump on her bone. After X-rays, the PA talked to us and explained about the fracture and heal time. He molded a split and wrapped my daughter's wrist. We were told my daughter would get a cast but luckily after consulting with her doctor, she was put into a wrist brace instead. Overall, I loved the quick service and availability of this urgent care clinic to quickly identify what as wrong with my daughter. read more

My appointment to see a physician which was almost four weeks after my MRI just to tell me the results was at 3p I came in at least fifteen minutes early, wasn't kindly greeted! Having this clinic is brilliant, open seven days a week walk in. However I did make an appt, but still where can you walk in anywhere besides emergency for a foot roll. That's what I did rolled my foot. After several days of pain walking, was told I had fractured my right foot. its a one stop shop, xray, PA, then boot fit all in one place, walked out in my boot. Didnt have to go all over to find a place that sold the boot. And they are open on Sunday's yes sundays. The place is in Mililani Mauka central on the island, they do have one in town not sure of the hour. Parking is ample, and clinic clean. kudos to the wonderful staff Omar X-ray, Mae my PA so friendly, professional and easy to talk too, and Jade for fitting my boot. Had an appointment and been waiting for an HOUR!!!!!!!! I can understand that they're behind but then they took another patient who came in after me and another patient. As a first time walk-in, I was pleased the experience took me less than an hour--from paperwork (less than most other places and simple to complete) to X-ray to visiting with a P.A. (physician's assistant). The front desk staff on this particular day was pretty friendly--not sunshine and butterflies annoyingly friendly but not rude or cold like most other places I've been to. The X-Ray tech was pretty fast. Eye contact was minimal but I get it. She did a fair job. Kendall, my P.A., got down to brass tacks. She quickly performed her diagnostics and was able to assess my issues clearly and simply. I found her to be pleasant, experienced, knowledgeable and confident. She gave me some very practical recommendations even as she lauded the fact I was already taking the right measures for myself (I came in with a wrist brace and a compression sleeve). This location was convenient, clean and uncrowned (empty) when I visited. I'm glad, too, because I didn't want to drive all the way to Concentra in Honolulu when my home is in Wahiawa. read more

I went first to Straub Kapolei Urgent Care for an ankle X-ray and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I called the Orthopedic provider I had gone to before, but they weren't answering. I had completely forgotten this place was a mile away from my house. I went there and was seen right away. Got X-ray and was seen by the the PA and fitted for a boot really quickley for what turned out to be a fracture. There were three ladies in the office on a Sat, an X-ray Tech and the PA. The place was really nice, roomy and clean. Scheduled me for a follow up offering a Sunday. I hope I don't need them again after that, but definitely recommend! read more

I didn't even know there was a walk in ortho! There is one in Mililani and in town. Very convenient! No appointment necessary and they are open pretty late for a doctors office. My husband hurt his wrist and has been sore for over 2 weeks now so we tried this place. I'm glad it wasn't busy. Very nice, clean, and spacious. They took X-ray on his wrist and the doctor came in right away. I'm glad there was no fracture or broken. She gave him a cortisone shot for the inflammation. It gave us relief that it wasn't broken. Glad this place is open on weekends or else my husband would have to take off on weekday to go to doctor. Overall, I always like a walk in clinic! Also, be aware that if you do see them, you will be charged a new patient fee everytime you see them, unless you're accident prone and see them in less than 18 months, be ready to hurt your wallet too... unless you have super good insurance. read more

I had been experiencing severe back/leg pain that kept me awake for the last 3 nights. An appt with my regular ortho doctor was not for 3 more weeks. Not being able to wait that long , I called All Access Ortho. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave me forms to fill out. After that another person took vitals, reviewed my history and an x-ray tech took a number of X-rays. The NP in charge did an exam, reviewed my X-rays and my current symptoms. She prescribed a course of Prednisone and last night I was amazed to be able to sleep without pain. I was very impressed with the professionalism of All Access Ortho and wouldn't hesitate to go there again. read more

My mother's knee was hurting and getting worse. Called the doctor and she couldn't get seen because he was full and then not working. So it would have been 4 days till they had an opening. Called a few Urgent Care's and they all pointed to All Access Ortho Mililani. So I called, and walked in with my mother. It was about 15 min of waiting, and 10 min of paperwork. They really knew what they were talking about. X-rays on the spot, and 1.5 hr later we were done with both X-rays, Cortisone shot, and exercises to do. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! Insurance covered my mother for everything. Directions: Right off the H2, go up to Mauka and make a U-Turn at the light and it's behind the McDonalds in the back. read more

My shoulder problem did not feel serious but I had not felt 100% for many months so I finally decided to go to All Access Ortho in Mililani Mauka when an orthopedic clinic told me about this option. I arrived shortly before 3:00 PM on a weekday and was the only patient the whole time. Since I had printed and completed most of the required forms from their website, I was done in about 45 minutes. The clinic is new, the waiting room is nice and big, their x-ray room is right there (quick and convenient), and the front office staff is friendly and efficient. The consultation also went well. I returned for a follow-up visit after a month and it was also a good visit but now I've had a chance to assess the service better. I think it would have helped especially for first timers like me if at the first visit, the Dr. had gone over the recommended exercises in the handout. Needed to do some X-rays so Queens refereed is here. No appointment, just walk ins! All Access Ortho is next to GyuKaku in Mililani. Parking was busy during lunch time, but luckily we found one up front. When you walk in, it's very clean and spacious. Modern. Thank God it wasn't very busy! The front receptionist was very friendly and warm welcoming. She had us fill out quite a few forms bc we were new patient. Here bc my boyfriend has right thumb & wrist pain. After filling out the forms, Josh had done his X-rays that took about 5-10min. And we got into a room waiting to be seen. Another 10min, and we had Kai to check out his right wrist. She dx him with tendinitis and explained to us thoroughly about what he can and cannot do, some hand exercises and if it gets worse to come back for a follow up. His MA Kim came in and also explain to us thoroughly on how to use his new thumb/wrist brace. Kai and Kim was so helpful, friendly and awesome! Thank you guys so much! I was here last year for a foot injury and got x-ray done, fitted for a boot and healed in about 8 weeks. Super convenient and no wait last time. Today I'm here for my daughter with a possible re-fracture of her arm. They let us in at 7:10 even though the last patient accepted is at 7:00. By 7:30 the X-rays were done and we should be out of here soon. Very friendly staff and so glad this is a walk in option for us. Thanks AAO Mililani.
