Several years ago they installed my central air/heat in my 100 year old historical house, a task I thought might be impossible due to the way the house was built and the lack of attic! Frank and his awesome team built an area upstairs area where all of the venting could go through and gave me a great price for the entire project! They also installed 3 zoning systems so I don't have to have my air on upstairs, downstairs and in the back! I can just use one zone at a time or 2 or all 3! Much better than buying two a/c units! Our central air hasn't been working for weeks and the summer is heating up. We have a 5 month old baby and having no air in the summer is making my family miserable. We needed help fast! Frank Cruz and his crew of Ruben and Angel did a great job on our new Trane Air and Heating system. Other companies didn't want to go through the trouble of covering up new access wholes needed to gain additional access to attic. They wanted to charge me more for doing half the job. Frank offered to do the whole job for less. Frank's crew made access openings and then covered them up with covers that could be removed again, if needed. They did a very thorough job and gave us two zones and two thermostats. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new system or needs repairs. Light at the end of a very dark tunnel! This company was such a joy to work with after having a terrible, two month experience with another contractor. A technician named Brian came to our home and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I could tell that he was very knowledgable and well trained in his field. A true expert! I was assured the solution to our AC issue would be a simple and much more efficient option than our previous system. We received a reasonable quote and scheduled the install within a week. All Air Masters has now completed the installation of our new evaporator coil and high efficiency condenser unit. We could not be more pleased with the results. Smelled gas when I turned the heater on, gas co. came out said I needed the firebox cleaned out, they have a new policy and checked all my gas appliances, two more fixes that were small. I asked All Air Appliance Masters come out and give me a quote, he said $750.00 just to clean the firebox. With the other two small fixes that would make $950.00 all together. I thought it was exorbitant so I called my trusted handyman, he thought so too. Now I'm a single female homeowner and I have run into this type of thing before they'll over charge me if they can. Instead I had my handyman do the jobs and it cost me $120.00 for everything, it took him an hour to clean the firebox. If you are a woman homeowner watch out, don't trust these guys. I would have gotten 3 quotes but they all want to be paid to give you a quote, can't afford to do that. read more

Quick and Honest! Frigidaire Affinity Front Load Washer: Came out within an hour. Did not fix the problem due to cost of parts and short term life span. Vincent shared that it would not be worth our money to fix the bearing. I read online that a lot of people are having this problem as well, and having owned the washer a little over a year. hmm... Was told there's a class action suit too. I will be purchasing another washer with the top load as suggested. Very much appreciate the honestly and second opinion. And I think I should also recognize and credit my love, Mike for "telling me so" when I purchased this machine. read more

I had had good luck with this company in the past so I did not hesitate to call them when the Gas Company red tagged my furnace (made it inoperable) after a routine inspection. (They look at all of your gas appliances after fumigation). The problem concerned the venting, not the furnace per se, and the Gas Company ultimately admitted they had been mistaken. There was no problem. The first technician who came out could not identify a problem (meaning he got it right) and said he would have an installer come out and have a look. I regarded that as an honest response. The problem was with the installer. He said immediately that the furnace was on its last legs and that it was not safe to operate it. The flames were dancing and there was a smell of something dangerous in the air (this was the first time the furnace had been operated this year, so I suspect it was the dust that gets into the registers). This made me suspicious because what is dangerous about furnaces is carbon monoxide and that is odorless. In any case, he started giving me prices of new furnaces. I said I'd like to think about it. Subsequently another HVAC person from another company came out (unfortunately at my expense) and an inspector from the Gas Company did as well. They both agreed that the furnace is operating safely, perfectly in fact, and that there is no need to replace it. The flames were not dancing, they looked as they should. My two carbon monoxide monitors have not alerted me to any dangers. Before posting this, I sent an email to All-Air inviting the manager or owner to come out and have a look for himself or herself. I did not want to post anything damning if there was simply a misunderstanding or if they could convince me that there was any danger. I did not hear back. The two stars are for the great service received from this company in the past and the first technician who came out this time and said, quite honestly, that he couldn't identify a problem. read more

We just had a new air conditioning system installed by All Air Appliance Masters. It was right in the middle of all that rain and cold last month. They moved an old unit off the roof and replaced it with a heater in the attic and an cooler on the ground outside. Of course, once the unit came off the roof we had water coming down through our ceiling during the next rain storm. Frank at All Air Masters had someone come out immediately, found the leak and repaired it. They also came back out to replace 2 air ducts with new ones because we thought they had been originally included. After looking at the quote though, they were not specifically included, but Frank replaced them anyway without charge. This company is reliable, clean and a pleasure to work with. We've actually called them again to take a look at a very old dryer that finally died on us. They came out, but it couldn't be repaired so we had to purchase a new one.
