I'm beyond happy with the work Zach Taylor Company did at my home. Zach personally came out to look at the issues I was having with my AC system, including an extremely noisy return vent, ductwork that needed to be redone after our new roof was installed, and replacing the vent grilles. Zach quickly identified that the main return vent was too small for my AC system, which was causing a lot of the noise and restricting airflow. His team added a new return vent on the opposite side of the house, and the difference has been tremendous. The AC is significantly quieter, the airflow is much better, and the house stays cooler and cools down noticeably faster. The crew also did a great job with the ductwork and new grilles. I was having some issues with my AC unit cooling down the house. It would periodically pump out cold air and then it was just pushing out regular air. Don't. Just don't. Don't fall for it. He charged me $425 for the capacitor and about an hour of his time and said he hopes it works then tried to sell me a new AC unit. Did I mention that he has financing? Because he did like 10 times. He left the fuse out of the breaker. He said he "hopes" the capacitor works and I won't have to replace my unit, which he would be happy to finance for me. Much like he has done for so many of my neighbors. Anyway that's between him and them. If the fuse was out...how was my house supposed to cool down overnight? When I text him today he said it was broken which is interesting because the good AC guy just popped it right back in with no problems. Bottom line: Don't fall for the "Southern hospitality" bit.
