(1) the shipping company telling you a time that you need to expect to the Delivery , so The FedEx Company service people ? expect that the people who are waiting to the package Delivery by signing only , and of course don't know when / what timer exactly the FedEx Delivery person will come !!! So they expect you to stay home for the whole week of the delivery time !!! Like in your own jail house !!! So I can't allow myself that pleasure to stay home the whole week without working , so what they do ? They come at Noon time , to the houses !!! And of course that Everyone in the world is working at noon time !!! So they repeat the delivery three times around midday or early after noon , and when no one is answering the door bell they just leave the place without delivering the package !!! (2) I don't know if the shipping companies are laying to their customers ? But this time I'm sure that the Embassy agents wouldn't lie about it , they told me specifically that the FedEx agent will call me before / when they deliver the package !!! My Passport in this case !!! But no one is calling you and nothing , they coming in times that the people working , not calling you and nothing !!!
