Someone kicked in my SUV's passenger door. The SUV also had some other blemishes so I decided to get it all fixed. I shopped around for good and reasonable auto body shop. After some research and three estimates I went with Briceno. Mainly due to the quality of their work (visible on the lot and inside the shop) and the competitive pricing. Adriana gave me a straight-up honest and detailed estimate that included the time to get the job done, the materials used, and the expectations of the outcome. It is important to note here that Adriana came across as very pleasant, easy to talk to and to ask questions, and supremely honest. The experience with Adriana favorably weighted on my decision. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning. I was just about to request an Uber ride when Miguel stepped up unsolicited and offered me a ride home. We had a friendly and interesting conversation during the ride. I returned on Friday to pick up the SUV. It looked great! No surprises, unquoted or hidden costs...I paid exactly what I was quoted and the results exceeded my expectations. That was two months ago. The SUV still looks great. No paint fading, peeling, etc. It looks like it's fresh from the factory. Many thanks to the folks at Briceno Auto Body for a spectacular job and a wonderful experience. I will write an extremely nasty review, with photographs, if my instrument panel and ignition is not replaced & repaired, and my key returned. You see; they lost my key, and rather than pay $60 for a new key (which I would have paid for) . They tore out my instrument panel and touch start ignition to get to the gears, just to have the car towed to my home. It was with GREAT & ACUTE HORROR I discovered the extent of the damage. When I confronted them, they refused to repair the damage, and told me... for them to fix the damage, I would have to pay them. THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. But I will delay writing a more explicit report with photographs; I will even remove this review pending that appropriate repair to my cars instrument panel, and touch start is completed along with the replacement of my key. read more

This is by far the best auto body shop around. I have a teenage driver in the house so I have had to visit them more than once. They have been excellent with their customer service and the repairs have been awesome. If I ever need another body shop I will use them again. read more

I ripped the lower part of my front bumper off by parking too close to the parking stump. My bumper was literally dragging on the ground and I was embarrassed to drive as it was so loud. I pulled up to Briceno Auto Body, who was super busy and overloaded with work, asked them to help. They said they were really busy, but still stopped what they were doing to check out my car because they were concerned about me driving away. Briceno auto body is great! Took my car in for a free estimate and they were true to their word! They ordered the parts I needed right away and repaired the car at the least expensive price possible! I dropped the car off Monday afternoon and got it back Tuesday morning. They also washed my car for me after the repair and sent me pictures of the progress during the repair. Great Auto body shop! The staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient, I sent a picture of the damage to my car by email and they were able to give me a quick quote that was affordable. I scheduled an appointment and drop my car off, the staff was kind enough to give me a ride to enterprise to pickup a rental car. They were able to finish my car the next day. I picked up my car and the work they did was great and they even cleaned the car inside and out. I had a great experience! read more
