We started the process in early January and were told the windows would not be ready until perhaps early March, but were pleasantly surprised when Mike said they were ready early. We would have had them the first week of February had it not been for the famous below 0 degree temperatures in the area that week. We had them installed the second week of February instead. Pros: -Received and had windows installed earlier than anticipated. -Took 2.5 days for all of our 27 windows and back glass door replacement. Due to cold temperatures, they worked one at a time so the house wouldn't get too cold. -was honest and fair on pricing and received referral bonus up front. -Mike always answered our calls with questions promptly and personally would come by to inspect and/or help facilitate letting his vendors in if needed. -You could tell the difference in drafts in the corrected areas from inside day 1. No further drafts and they look great! Cons: -4-5 months after installation and 3 of our 27 windows have leaks. We alerted Mike to this and he sent his worker to take a look - they said it was due to the trim on the outside that they didn't replace. Before installation, they indicated that it is not part of their services to replace. However, they didn't tell us before or during that our trims were so old that they would leak - we would have replaced them prior to the new windows if we knew this. We asked if we needed to replace them before and they said no. One of the windows that is leaking does not even have trim on it. When they came out to resolve, they added caulk around the trim and bent flashing for us for the front windows. The flashing should have been installed in the initial installation to prevent leaks. We are not able to get it installed until the new trim pieces are up... Even though they did not inform us about possible leaks, they should have removed the trim and put a water barrier in place before installation and before new trim was able to be installed. -Mike and his installers have a bit of an issue with taking accountability for issues. We were disappointed when his installers broke the interior of a window upon installation - it was safe to use, and they put cardboard over it, but the resolution took 20 seconds and Mike's installers insist it was somehow the manufacturer's fault. It took weeks for us to have this corrected, even though, again, resolution took 20 seconds. -While in the process of service correction for said window, the manufacturer was inflexible on timing and was scheduling more than a week out. Mike's response was that it isn't in his hands. No apology for the inconvenience of the broken window or the inflexibility of his vendor. -The manufacturing vendor cancelled day of (1 hour before). Reschedule availability wasn't until 10 days later. -The caulking the install team did had bubbles and cracks in some windows and just didn't look like a professional did it. When we told Mike of this issue, he said caulking is an "art" and his people are really just installers and don't need to be perfect at caulking. We personally feel that if installing windows is 100% of their jobs, caulking would be part of that job and they should look 100% well done. We had to redo some of it right off the bat. -Every issue that came up, Mike would just say he hoped we could focus on the positive aspects of the experience. It felt very dismissive. -They left aluminum scraps scattered across the backyard where our young children play. Cleanup in the back specifically was just not done to standards. We referred him to my mother's windows and they generally did okay, but did break one of her personal stained glass art by not being careful. No compensation or resolution was offered, minus an apology. We appreciated his team's work and like the products in general, but there is definitely room for improvement in the customer service department and potentially the product itself with the leaks. Considering part of his selling point was 100% satisfaction, we were left disappointed in that aspect.

The man tried talking me into paying him with a cashier's check before the job was complete, he didn't remove the gutters when the roof was being removed so therefore he didn't replace the gutter apron, which he later attempted to repair but again did not remove the gutters and of course all is damaged, siding wise well let's say he installed it on top of the other siding, broke the water spigot and the gutters literally have screws on the bottom of them are leaking and says I am going to repair it, you don't need it, what do you want me to do? gaslighting me in other words, his crew is not his crew he hires subcontractors which by the way he failed to register with the village I have asked him several times to remove pictures of my backyard he does and I just saw he reposted again (his website 09/15/20025 reel), he showed up to pick material left behind after I pressed him several days reeking of alcohol, his partner Slavic T. has denied they caused the damage on the soffit by saying they were not parked on my driveway when I proofed the pictures he said explain the physic of how I can damage your soffit? I did just to prove my point now he said he didn't understand, was yelling at me screaming, tried to pay the religious man card, blessing himself in the sign of the cross. His crew did the same when I questioned why they were installing siding without house wrap I got yelled at saying the contractor didn't leave the material not our fault and proceeded with the work, I asked them to stop until Andrew showed up, he said I am busy at an adjuster's meeting I don't have time right now and somehow when I threatened to call the cops he showed up in minutes, in addition the crew told me "you see how expensive it is?" no furring strips installed, the trim installed over the old trim, nothing. I now know after I showed the inspector the pictures all that was supposed to be installed since. Of course the inspection failed and the worse is that I had paid him when he was done unaware that there was supposed to be an inspection which they had accidentally approved and closed since it had been open since June and now it is failed. Yet, he has shown no desire on fixing the issue because the problem is now mine since they got paid. Andrew's response last time I saw him when he stopped by to pick up the material and tried to press him to fix the problems was "stop mentioning your lawyer, I am not afraid of him." Businesses like this sadly just close and get a new license. If you see them in your neighbor and you have read this post, show it to them and if you need additional proof other than the few of the hundreds of pictures I have let me know I will gladly add them and please warn them, it is a farse I spent over $25,000 and now I have to repair it again. ps the other review here in yelp, that is the Serghei R the owner. I had asked him for a quote for a patio door and told him I would be needing windows next year, if he is capable of doing this is obviously someone who does not care to have a successful company. I supposedly have a 10 yr warranty that off course he is not going to honor since now he has to pay his subcontractors to fix after he told them to cut corners so he won't, he admitted on his last visit when I showed hime how the gutters are dripping and the the gaps between the shingles and the gutters from not removing and trying to install the gutter apron and he said "I am not a gutter expert" yet he sells them. If he installed gutters in your property have them inspected make sure they are pitched correctly. During this time I was really ill, taking classes and working, I sadly I was barely managing and believed since he is licensed he would do work correctly and missed all the signs the worse he knew I was ill and took advantage, he has no moral compass, work etiquette. His demeanor once you sing a contract with him is how he can take advantage of you. I was saving money for a surgery I need, now I have to chance my health since I have to save to repair all I paid him to do and in addition to all the damages he left behind.
