Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. I live in Simi Valley and he is in West Covina. My problem was not an easy fix, based on all of his suggestions and coaching. He came out to Simi, in the evening and diagnosed my problem. I basically needed a new fridge. He set me up with a place to order, he picked it up and brought it out at 6:45 in the evening and replaced my refrigerator. Oh, there is more. He called my service insurance company and recouped 1/2 of the cost the day my policy expired. In addition, after replacing the fridge, he looked over our RV, got on the roof, gave advice and gave a can of self leveling seem sealer to put on the corners of our roof. On install day, they were timely on arrival and left the place as clean as they found it. In the most recent job, they installed an Ecoflow smarthome panel for a whole house battery backup system. We walked through the scope of the project and laid out a plan together. The project ended up being a little more complicated than expected due to surprises beyond their control. We lost daylight, but they still persevered with lanterns and headlamps. These guys refused to leave until the job was done right and everything was functioning to my satisfaction.
