Since we were in the midst of a heatwave, I decided to have Emanuel just move forward with the job without bidding it out. If he wasn't gouging on the original breaker repair, I was confident he was charging me a competitive price on the panel replacement. Emanuel worked tirelessly for 3 days and corrected my Tesla charging station as well which apparently wasn't installed to code previously.
