They have no shade to Dey your vehicle which makes no sense all the other quick quack ones do, who wants to dry vacuum and clean the inside with completely no shade not to mention you'll get water spots all over because you won't even have time to dry it fast enough the sun will bake it So nope I don't recommend this location I drove all the way there instead of ones close by only to pull right back out and go somewhere else they had shade so disappointing read more

I recently took my vehicle through Quick Quack Car Wash and had a disappointing experience. During the wash, the brushes pushed my driver's side mirror outward and left visible scratches on the side window glass near the mirror area. The mirror was not folded in when I entered, and I've never had this issue at other car washes. A car wash should clean a vehicle, not damage it. This raises serious concerns about the condition and operation of the equipment. I expected a business that washes thousands of cars to have safeguards in place to prevent this type of damage. They have been slacking as of late. Recently, I saw an employee grabbed the old dirty towels from the basketball bin and placed them right back on top of the clean ones. Secondly, on a different time, I was pulling up slowly to the car wash, the worker just kept waving me to move forward until the very last min told me to turn my wheels, by that time my wheels rubbed the rails and made a loud noise. I confronted her and she just waved it off and said I'm good. SMH, if there was a closer one nearby I would definitely start going there instead. Do better read more

I was a first time member and the first time I went through the car wash there was damage done to my vehicle I filed an incident report with the car wash on the 2nd of July today they contacted me through email stating that after their investigation they've come to the conclusion that their not responsible for the damage that was done when clearly it's on camera so ofc I cancelled the membership requested a full refund for the inconvenience and they denied me that as well please don't go to this car wash I rate the experience a zero! read more

These specks are not dirt or dust, it's a bunch of scratches caused by the carwash. I thought it was dirt that wouldn't come off but ran my fingernail over it and they're a ton of scratches. Also noticed deep scratches on my bumper where part of my paint started to peel read more

It gets the job done, nothing more. I paid for the second tier unlimited washed and although you can come as many times throughout the month as you'd like I don't think the quality is up there. I really wish the vacuums worked better, they barely work or have enough power to suck up the stuff on your carpet. The customer service has always been good, they are super friendly and welcoming. Consumers beware: In September my vehicle was damaged by the machines at this Quick Quack. When it initially happened they downplayed the damage caused by the machines and encouraged us to not submit a claim for the damages. This was encouraged by the manager of this location, terrible experience. It's been two weeks and instead of taking care of the approximate $200 damages they provided me a very bland explanation as to why the claim was denied. As a consumer, I understand that machines fail this was a possibility. But as a consumer, I'd expect a business to do the right thing and take care of their customers. Especially when the damages were so minor and I pay this establishment $45 per month for a subscription service. You work hard for your money and deserve to spent it with businesses who appreciate their customers. This business has shown me that they do not. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money with this establishment. read more

I've been a loyal member for a long time and ive never had an issue until REselda .? . Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Sam on the other hand was kind trying to helpful, but she came out phone in hand and had him tell me I couldn't go through the wash over a minor issue that could've easily been resolved. Instead of handling it herself, she chose to hide behind an employee. He apologized for her behavior because it was clearly unacceptable and left me considering canceling my membership. Leadership matters and putting the wrong people in charge reflects poorly on the entire business. read more

I had a terrible first-time experience here. A bolt that was sticking out and uncovered punctured my tire. The employee gave me poor instructions on how to enter the car wash and didn't warn me about the bolt. There was no effort to guide me or point out the hazard. Given the danger of the exposed bolt, this seems like a serious liability the business should address. I ended up having to buy a new tire--an unexpected and unnecessary expense. I filed a claim, and it took two weeks to get a response. They denied my request to replace the tire, which was all I wanted. After weeks of going back and forth, David Wang finally offered a ceramic coating, but I would have to pay for it upfront and then be reimbursed. Why would I trust them to refund me after this experience? I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, but they didn't seem concerned since their rating is already an F for most of the Quick Quack locations in California. I also find it confusing that they post signs stating they are only responsible for damages to factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and less-than-5-years-old items. Why have this if they wont be responsible for the damage the place has down to other customer vehicles. This was my first and last time using this car wash." read more
