I've always had excellent care at this clinic and the people are very friendly. It's the only place…read morethat gets my prescription correct. My only issue is that when they called me to schedule an appointment I scheduled on the day they suggested. After the appointment when I sat to get a new prescription, they checked my benefits and told me I was there one day early for my plan to cover it. (Yes, I should have checked when I was there last, but I assumed they had done this before my appointment). I received a bill for the full appointment and my insurance wouldn't work with me (Spectera through UHC) even though I had paid for the insurance all year and it was the only time I had used it, they wouldn't budge on paying the bill. My advice... do not assume this clinic verifies benefits prior to your appointment.

I wasn't able to make it on time to get my glasses because my mom was taken to the hospital, so they took my glasses to me. They would get six stars for excellent customer service.
