The service was exemplary. I had purchased 2 pair of glasses from Glasses USA, both which were horrific in workmanship. By my own admission, I missed the window to send them back but didn't want them to go to waste. Don't let the ads fool you. You get what you pay for. It was my husband's mantra, and I should have known better. Remembering that we have used this place before for repairs. I took both pair in and now they fit perfectly. It was a very small price to pay $60 each, worth every single penny. I now have two new pair of glasses since they're it just sitting in a drawer unusable. May not be an ideal spot if you have aged designer glasses and want lenses replaced with a timeframe in mind. I wanted to have an older pair of Ray-ban (2015?) frames have new lenses put in and the options were extremely limited. The process was also a bit confusing. The man who works here is incredibly nice, but he kept searching for certain polarizing lenses/colors and reading them out loud to me. And when I said "yes I like that one" he would go to select it and would say like "no, can't do that it's not available". Which I understand. But at the same time, I spent longer standing there and had to go thru all the options first before he even knew if they were available for this frame which was quite a disappointment. I had a special request to ship them to my home which he was more than happy to do (I paid extra for shipping) and it took a normal amount of time before they were ready. However he "mailed them to the wrong address". Not sure exactly what that meant. But in a couple days after I called to ask about where they were, they were delivered to me. I can only speculate if they were not shipped and he lied about it, or if he did ship them somewhere else but was able to retrieve them. Either way, it was not great. But I did get them in the end. So they were delayed and didn't get here in time for the birthday gift I was ordering. But again, I got them. All in all, it's an okay way to have your glasses repaired. But in truth, this experience was not great. And wasn't exactly cheap either. So I'm on the fence about recommending it to others. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I sat on my glasses and the arm broke off. I tried to fix them, it looked easy, it wasn't. A piece of the plastic had broken too. I dropped them off on Tuesday afternoon and picked them up Wednesday. They look great and work great. AND he only charged me $7. I used All American Eyeglass Repair about six months ago and had great service, so naturally I returned when I had another pair of eyeglasses break. Unfortunately, the quality of their repair was quite shoddy. Not only was the service extremely overpriced, but Mike's response when I told him I wasn't pleased with his quality of work was even poorer. His "devil-could-care-attitude" spoke volumes. The hinge on my eyeglasses broke. My repaired glasses look like something a four-year-old would do with super glue. Take a look at my pictures and you will see all the glue on the inside. Additionally, his work destroyed the decorative outer part of the frame. When, I complained he said, "Well, you don't have to pay, I can undo the work," knowing full well I had been without eyeglasses for two days & needed my glasses. Definitely awesome overall!!!! Funny story the pair that have been repaired are my original ones but the arm broke & no o had no worry since I had a back up pair. Unfortunately the back up pair I lost and I needed to Joe get the original repaired. No problem right? Wrong!!! I couldnt find then in time 4 work the next day so I lied to my employer & told them my eyes were hurting n I needed to wear my sunglasses. (I had started a new job & in training - no tardiness or call outs allowed). So I sat in training all day with my sunglasses. Went home that night & tore almost everything apart looking 4 the original set. No luck & no sleep. Did another once over to go through everything again & DING there they were behind my basket of lipsticks!!!! I arrived 30 mins prior to closing & because my repair was more than replacing a screw & in actuality it took about an hour. But the owner didnt turn me away or make me feel discouraged. The place was very small to get in and out of. Parking is limited. However I have to disagree with the lack of customer service. The person who helped me started to tell me my options and prices. Sadly it was out of my price range. He kept finding things wrong with the lenses I brought in which increased the price. Bring your broken frames here! The first time I came here they helped me put the lens back in my drugstore sunglasses. I was surprised when they didn't charge me. Now I have some rimless glasses and the temple came off. It's a difficult repair because they are drill mounted. I could have waited but chose to come back the next day. They did a great job and even taught me how to handle them more carefully. And there's a one year guarantee!!! read more

The metal frame I have had broken near the lens and had become badly damaged. I spoke with Mike the day prior to getting some general information and the cost, he responded quickly and was even able to take me in as a walk in the next day on a Saturday, told me it could take approx an hour. went in and the man is a man of his word, was able to fix it like new, and was pretty good at the expectation of the time it would take to fix it. also came with a 1 year workmanship guarantee. These guys were great! My glasses were broken and couldn't be repaired by Lenscrafters, so they sent me to this place. I wouldn't have known to ever come here, if they didn't point me in their direction. The guy there was very honest and helpful, even though he technically couldn't end up completely fixing it, he did what he could. He did give me the option of replacing the part that was broken, which I will probably have done at some point, but didn't want done at that time, and he was very accommodating! So the nose piece breaks on my glasses while working. My eyesight is so bad, even with 6x magnifiers I could not see exactly how it broke. I got through some had to do stuff with my glasses on a tilt and hopped on Yelp to find a repair place. This one had mostly good reviews so off I went. Certainly not on the best corner in town as it looks sort of dumpy and it can be hard to get in and out of because the little strip mall is so close to the corner. I walked in and handed the gentleman my glasses and he gave me a quote of $12 said he would have mine done in just a few minutes. I am from California and my new glasses broke while on vacation in Phoenix. I took them to All American Eyeglass Repair. My glasses use a technology called air-lock, meaning no screws hold the frame to the glasses. This place really isn't well equip to handle these types of frames. When the man tried to put them back together they cracked the lens. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I called the place where I had purchased them in San Jose, Calif. She ordered me new set of lens and to my surprise the owner of All American Eyeglass Repair paid for them. I was very satisfied with his professionalism. The young man who helped me was very helpful and friendly. And the work is expertly done! In fact, I thought that 2 of the repairs they did were beyond help, but they fixed them and they stayed fix!
