Then on August 6, 2011 my flagpole was tilting and after approximately 9 phone calls they finally came to,straighten it out. Then on August 6, 2014 I found that the flagpole had fallen to the ground. I again called Central Discount flag to repair it. Again, after approximately 10 phone calls to them they came and replaced it. Now since April 4, 2019, the flagpole is tilting again. Again I made numerous calls for them to come to repair it. They missed every appointment over the course of a year. I have given up on them. They are not reliable or dependable and the the flagpole is still tilted. I subsequently found out that the owner f the company who does the installations is Dean Mazarella who happens to be the mayor of Leominster. I also found out that that to correctly install a flagpole, it must be a two step procedure. After the preparation is done then the flagpole is installed on a separate day. I have nothing but a very bad experience with this company and strongly recommend that no one use them. they are unreliable and it is not quality workmanship.

Markos (owner) said that the boss is not there. I asked if I should come back tomorrow; he got flustered and told me not to as they have been trying to get out of the gold business for 4 years?? The shop clearly says "Cash for Gold" on the outside and I had called earlier to check. I said thanks and left. So strange and rude. Take your business somewhere else.

I work at a college in Boston and I use Olympic Trophy for nearly everything. From an abundance of…read morenametags to plaques and trophies, these guys are excellent. Communication between myself and Olympic is great, I really couldn't ask for anything better. A simple email or short phone call and things are all set. Before they ship anything off, they send me a proof of what it will look like (so there are no mishaps) which is great. I currently deal with over 300 students at a time, and anyone who works with that many people (or college students ages 18-22) understand how there's always one or two who will lose something, got accident skipped in the order, or who will break a nametag. Whenever this happens, I embarrassingly email Olympic and they appear more than happy to make one nametag and send it out. The thing I am most pleased with is how quickly things get shipped out. For example, I send it in an order for nametags on Friday, April 20th and I just received them on Monday, April 23rd. How amazing is that! If you're looking for amazing customer service, people who ship things out SUPER quickly, and amazing products, give Olympic Trophies a try. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect, new setup…read more Plaza includes: HUGE Target store Staples Very Un-crowded, Friendly Best Buy Bed Bath And Beyond Super Renovated, Fridays and Petco Everything essential you could get just from coming here! Be careful of stop signs at the few intersections, and Best Buy & Petco are hidden you have to look for them in the back behind Staples. But if you are a "newbie", don't worry there are signs directing you in every which way for everything. Only problem here is the entrance / exit. Entering the plaza is super annoying coming from Lowe's, Sports Authority and Route 85 because the turn signal is 3 seconds long and the cars coming down on Fortune are FLYING. Exiting the plaza is worse, it's a 4-way intersection with the Quarry Mall coming for the opposite side of the plaza's exit, and everyone is trying to turn left, with no turn signals, it's super dangerous, and the traffic gets out of control coming from the Target parking lot exit. Add turn signals!!!!!
