All American Flooring installed the flooring in our home as part of a major renovation prior to our purchase. We discovered an issue after moving in and reached out for help. From the very first conversation, they started pointing fingers. I was informed I had no warranty because I did not install the floor. Then they started pointing the finger at anyone and everyone, blaming the contractor, blaming our HVAC system, and telling me all the reasons that this probably wasn't their fault. I don't care whose fault it is, I just need to understand what is wrong with my floor and get it fixed. After weeks of chasing them on the phone, Zaid reluctantly came to the house. He tested for water infiltration (there is none) and said that he would talk to the "operations manager" to see what they thought we should do. That was on April 9-haven't heard anything since. Writing this review to see if maybe they will respond now because they're not responsive any other way. For anyone considering this company, be aware that post-installation support appears to be nonexistent. There was a way they could have handled this that would have had me here giving a five star review--they chose the other path. There's plenty of companies that will stand by their work. Don't worry, they're more than happy to make a sale and take you money. However, buyer beware: when it comes time to pick up your order, the warehouse closes at 4:30. Your sales person isn't going to make you aware of this. Despite your job being delayed a minimum of 1 day, no one in the sales room understands time is money. They are Gen-Z and incompetent at problem solving. They will blankly stare at you and say "I don't know what to do to solve this issue which is clearly our screw up for not informing you our customer" read more

We just had them remove some old hardwood floors that were glued down, some carpeting, some tile and install Lifetime laminate flooring. We also had baseboards replaced. They also painted the baseboards . The installers were so GREAT! They worked hard and took extra care to perform the job correctly. I highly recommend them! All American Flooring installed new hardwoods and refinished existing hardwoods in April of 2024. The installation experience was terrible due to i) repeated issues with completeness/quality of work due to minimal project management and oversight and ii) denial of valid quote adjustment requests in response to installation issues mid-way through the project. More detail on these issues below: When I realized my stain/finish options were only 1 cheap brand (not disclosed in the quote), I had to pay out of pocket for my preferred stain/finish midway through the project... after paying for 70% of the project upfront. I was then denied reimbursement for the cheap stain/finish products they'd already charged me in my quote...As a result, I was materially overcharged on the project. Additionally, I was very disappointed by skipped installation elements that were itemized costs in my quote -- i.e. the removal and reinstallation of wall siding for a flush refinish. Shoe mold was applied as a coverup at the end after numerous inquiries, but that wasn't what I'd originally agreed to and again they denied a cost adjustment. They also charged my credit card the remaining 30% despite my request to wait until issues with quality and completeness were resolved. I echo other comments about the quality of service plummeting once the upfront payment was made. I'd strongly recommend using a different company. read more

We visited All American floors looking for replacement flooring. Sammy was very helpful and accommodating and found a "wood-look" tile. We were just starting our search and had no intention to make a quick purchase. However the selection and value made it difficult to keep looking at other businesses. As we were doing the paperwork we mentioned we were also needing our brick fireplace updated. Sammy said, "We do fireplaces as well." We picked out a marble-like tile and had the flooring and fireplace tile installed by Mark and his team. Mark also helped build some nice wood shelves. Hubby and I found our way to Sammy on a Sunday when most flooring places were closed. Sammy is 5-star fantastic. He worked with us to ensure we got the right color and ordered us samples. The quote was reasonable and Sammy worked with our project timing. Removing a star because the installers could have been better. They did a ok job on the install, but had to return because grout was smeared on existing floor and doors. They backed up to a newly painted wall, which resulted in paint touch up. We felt that they could have been a little more careful and respectful of their surroundings. Would definitely return to Sammy, but ask for another installation crew. read more

Don't use them for tile! We had all of our floors replaced by them, the people that installed our engineered hardwood did a good job but were careless with our furniture and belongings. The tile installer that was sent out, first installed the wrong tile and installed it crooked. Then came back to install the correct tile, I mentioned the tile was crooked and asked for it to be installed straight, but was still installed crooked. After speaking with the sales person Sammi, all that was offered was for the same installer to be sent out to redo or $200 off.. We spent over $20k with these people! read more

I do not recommend this company. I had small kitchen and bath tiled, along with vinyl flooring in living/dining area. Omar and another associate measured for the two jobs. I had to pay 70% of the balance upfront. Then I was at their mercy. The quote supposedly included everything. I understood there might be nominal , minor charges. In original quote, I was charged for plastic underlayment for vinyl flooring installation. First day installers tell me they don't have enough underlayment but that they don't need it for my job. I told them I was charged for it, so I wanted them to use it or else give me a credit. They decided to go get the material. When they started installation of vinyl flooring, a desk, among other things, was moved to carport. Halfway through the job, they ran out of vinyl flooring. (Again, Omar measured and said all materials would be ordered.) Unfortunately it rained and we mounted desk on cement blocks, but there was some water damage to the desk. I asked for some type of adjustment/credit but the top guy never got back to me. Next, before any of the tile work started, I had to sign a document that said I had to purchase 12 bags of level float at $50 per bag. (Salesman Omar supposedly quoted me for all materials. How could he be off by 12 bags?) If I didn't authorize the purchase, the labor and materials for my entire job would not be covered by the warranty. After going back and forth, I was not charged for the 12 bags. My tile job did not require that much material. I was charged $450 for Red Guard. This product runs $59 for 1 gallon to $159 for 3 gallons. In all fairness, tile work in kitchen looks great. Bathroom tile work was sloppy but 6 tiles were replaced right away. I must say the installers were very courteous and Claudia Garcia was very kind and professional. Still, I will not recommend or use All American Flooring again. read more

I started the process with Ben, who I asked to come out same day, and he obliged. He had an estimate and a quote to me by that evening after I picked my flooring, and when I asked if we could rush the job he was positive from the jump. I told him due to my limited availability I would need everything done in 3-4 days once they got product, he assured me it would be completed. Pancho and his dad came to get the job started on Saturday, and dealt with us being right under their feet the whole day. They came back today (Monday) and completed the job. My floors look PHENOMENAL. We are absolutely over the moon with how good they look. Plus, Pancho and his dad were a joy to have around. I am so grateful for the quick, efficient and awesome work everyone of the All American Flooring team I worked with put in to make these floors happen! My parents spent almost double what I was charged, for similar flooring. Ben's pricing was fair, for sure. read more

We purchased cherry engineered wood flooring with All American Flooring. Quality and price were very reasonable. They also installed within three days of hiring and took one day to install. Our floor looks beautiful. Sammy was our sales person and really worked with us, Chris our scheduler was extremely accommodating and Juan and Javier Cruz did a phenomenal / first class job installing our floors. They removed all of our furniture and carefully put it back; put plastic over all our of our doors and shelves so there was virtually no trash or dust. And cleaned up everything. But they deliver and communicate well My floor project had some challenges with leveling but they did not run away like many others from other competitors. The installers were excellent and knew what they were doing. My only feedback to a new customer (for any company you choose) if you are installing real wood is to check all pieces and discard ones you do not like or want in a less open area.
