I'll start this review the same way many others do: I'm not a big fan of car dealerships in general. I've owned Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes, and many other vehicles over the years--from high-end to mid-range--so I've experienced a wide range of dealerships. That said, I can honestly say this was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, and they never tried to take advantage of me in any way. They made the entire process effortless. I especially want to commend the managers, Brody and Jim, for being genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive. They completely changed my perception of what a car sales team can be. Their finance person was equally outstanding--transparent, straightforward, and never once tried to upsell unnecessary items or play games with interest rates. If you've had a bad experience at a dealership in the past, I highly recommend giving this team a chance. This review is for the service department. I am not a fan of fords, but have had to go here quite a few times for my company vehicle. I actually hate this car almost as much as I hate my job, but admit that the service department at Ford is really good. There's not much parking and they have valet. You can meet with a service advisor to discuss what issues you are having with your car and they will diagnose to determine what is needed. There is a local enterprise down the street and they also have a drop box if you leave your vehicle during non-business hours. They have always provided me with an accurate quote and been able to issue my issues in a reasonable amount of time. The service has always been quick, friendly and the prices reasonable. I just realized they didn't wash my car today! It's the main reason I drove half hour each way. There's an option for them to come to your house but there no car wash, so I said fine I'll go there for comp car wash after the $600 for oil change and two filters. They couldn't even give me a print out of were my levels were at the machine was broke. No water, WiFi didn't work and no bagels like they used to. Syncing Sirius from 2 to 3 is over $200 for a simple thing. After I had to explain with email proof how to do it as they acted like they never heard of it. If you promise a comp car wash upon booking the day before it should be performed! I have to follow up every little thing to make sure it's done properly!!! Let me start off with that I dislike dealers, especially car dealers. Cars should not be this expensive. I did have a nice experience, but I will my automatic bias against dealerships lol! I went here to test drive an Expedition for my new work car. I needed a larger SUV for the long road trips my family and I take. I also test drove the Ford Edge. Eventually I went with a completely different car brand altogether. The test drive was very nice, the salesman was very helpful, and he actually took the ride with my wife and I. He recommended roads around the area to get the best experience. All in all, the SUV was very nice, but was a little too much out of my price range for me... They also wouldn't give me as much as I wanted for my vehicle. My wife and FiL both love Ford, I'm not brand loyal in the slightest lol! I want a affordable SUV that has some nice bells and whistles, and gets me from A-B. All in all, we really did have a very nice experience here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The dealership formerly known as Pistelli Ford, now All-American, has recently failed to meet my expectations with regard to their repair service. Specifically, my son's vehicle, which required a $3000 repair, has been in their possession for three weeks without any updates or communication. Moreover, the wait time for parts could benefit from improvement, and the customer service could be more helpful as some staff members have been observed to be impolite and defensive. While I have had positive experiences with their service in the past, my recent experience merits a zero-star rating. Moral of the story: Don't go over your lease miles if you don't want these so called professional laughing at you. My wife and I leased a brand new 2021 explorer ST here at All American ford Paramus . We decided to go with All American Ford because my family has bought like 6 vehicles here so we thought why not. So we went over the miles by a lot and were aware of what we did. because of this we decided it would be better to keep the car to avoid being charged the excessive miles. We just sold our home and had the funds to buy it cash so we called a couple months before the lease was over to see our options. my wife called and when she explained to whoever the front desk operator was at the time the woman laughed. My wife asked what was funny and the operator apologized before telling their manager about it. My wife could then hear that person laughing as well which left is very sour about the situation. we decided to get a car at another dealership and had a great experienc. But when I went to return the lease I was received with more of the same. I walked in and sat down to be helped since no one was at the front desk. There was a salesman in the front just staring at me sit but not helping. When the secretary finally arrived that same salesman was called over to help. He greeted me by saying "Oh I thought you were here to drop something off". I shrugged it off because we've been judged enough. Then when he was giving the manager the final numbers of the excess miles they all just start talking about it out loud while i sat like 10 ft away and stared at me like I was crazy. never felt like such an idiot but once again I was fully aware of why. They didn't ask me if I still wanted the car or offer anything they just handed me a paper to confirm the overage fees and told me I was good to go. I understand sticking to your lease terms and I understand my own mistakes. What is Unacceptable is the Poor treatment of a customer not knowing the reasoning behind their actions. I wanted the car and was willing to buy it as the explorer st is a phenomenal vehicle and never gave me one issue but the laughter, lack of attention, and ignorance was too much. A nice clean dealership with attentive personnel at every encounter. I purchased several cars her and recently bought out a Lincoln lease. The transaction was seamless and easy. I did bring in my Lincoln for an oil change and was in/out in 1.5 hours. It was a rainy day so I didn't expect them to wash the car as one would get at a Lincoln dealer. A week after the buyout I returned to pick up new registration and plates and that was also an easy and seamless experience. I drove around to the service are and the attendant changed out my plates and I was on my way al within 15 minutes. read more

Worse service I have ever had. They are liars I brought my mustang for a recall and a few hours later they call me saying my battery is dead and I have to change it. I never had a problem with my battery and that day I brought it to them in perfect condition. I told them to jump start it and I picked it up and brought it to my friend who is a mechanic he checked it out and plugged the tester everything was 100%. The service center is horrible. I brought my expedition in last year due to clicking noise, thry looked at it supposedly for an hour and could figure it out. Then an hour later, they most likely blend door actuator. I already knew it was the blend door actuator based on feedback from friend. Lol. Then they quoted me a ridiculous price due the complexity of the job. The part costd like 100 bucks but charged like 15x for labor. It was a Thursday and I needed the car back on Friday for weekend trip so I said just do it. I picked up the car on Friday, and of course, they call me right before closing. I take car home and realize they did not put the lower dashboard covers back on. Wtf! Had to go back on Monday to get the covers installed. No apologies or anything. Then my ac has been going on the fritz since they touched it. I will never go back. Stay away, find another service center. I brought my ford into the Hackensack collision center for a estimate of damages. I chose to not have it repaired and despite it stating there was no fees they charged me a 214 dollar "showing the insurance adjuster my car fee" I made many complaints about it and they refused to give me my car back. I ended up with 300 dollars in out of pocket rental expenses because they where closed by the time i got home from work. I will no longer be dealing with All american ford nor will my family after 28 years of only buying cars from you since the Bergenfield branch. Want to make it right have the 214 sent back to me along with the 246 dollars in rental expenses. So 500 dollars cost you a lifelong customer. read more

While waiting to service my vehicle I decided to check in and view reviews for this establishment. You could imagine my fear when I saw these reviews! However I need to tell you this place is great! I pulled up and there was valet service parking. Someone assisted me immediately. While I waited I sat in the comfortable waiting area used their free internet and watched the news. In 30 minutes they completed all the diagnostic testing required for 30,000 miles and told me what needed to be done with all pricing up front. I then utilized my common sense and current budget to decide what needed to be done. Did they offer more? Of course! But this is where you have to make proper decisions rather than blame a dealership for offering expensive services. I chose what I wanted and they never questioned my decision making. They just did what I told them to do, I said I didn't expect to stay so long and had to go to work so they gave me a Loaner. This will be short and simple. I went here the other day with my wife and child to check out the new Ford Explorer. We walked up and down the front lot by where the entrance is for what seemed to be about fifteen minutes. Not a single person came out to greet us or to try and help us out at all. Mind you, there was a group of suits outside chatting it up not interested in even looking our way. Plus, there was one salesman out in the lot helping a customer look at the same explorer we were looking at. He didn't even bother to ask us if we were being helped by anyone or if we even needed help. He just walked right passed us and didn't say a word. How do you expect to get business when you're not interested in it? I have no idea how this place has two stars at all. I will never go back. Edited to response for dealer. Why would I need to contact you? Everything you need to know to make any necessary changes is right here in my review. It's pretty unprofessional that you would even ask for me to explain what it is that I wrote. Where do I start? I've been charged more than 12,000 dollars for servicing over the last 5 months. I would pay more than 2500 for a "simple fix" and they would return the car to me but a day later, the same problem.Did they fix it for free. No, I "needed something else done." Another couple of thousand dollars. Their mechanics make many mistakes, as well. I don't know if they test-drive cars before giving them back but it sure doesn't seem this way. Monday, October 31, 2022, we sent one of our Van, a 2018 Ford Transit-250, to perform an engine oil change, as we have done since we bought it, to the same All American Ford Dealer located at 375 NJ- 17, Paramus, NJ 07652. Previously, we had experienced a long waiting time to perform this type of service, but with the desire to keep track of the records with the same dealer that we bought our vehicle, we sacrificed this time in order to fulfill the aforementioned task. But this time, it was out of our hands, not only the long waiting time, even considering that two weeks ago there was an appointment confirmed with them, All American Ford Service Department to change its engine oil at 10:30 am; to which we went on time. After more than 4 hours had passed, they did not confirm what time our vehicle will be ready. Therefore, I called the driver I sent to ask him what was going on with this maintenance, what was the reason for the delay, and my driver told me that the Service Advisor, Mr. Michael Braunworth, told him that there was still an hour and a half left to finish. Then, I called All American Ford Service Department in Paramus, NJ, and left a voicemail on Mr. Braunworth's desk, asking him about the reason for the delay in my vehicle's oil change. Mr. Michael Braunworth returned my call almost immediately and told me that the change of rear brakes on my Van was not yet ready, to which I asked: who authorized this job? Whereas I had sent my driver a note on our company letterhead paper, specifically stating: the oil change in the vehicle only. Mr. Michael Braunworth told me that my driver authorized the change after approaching him and asking him; I strongly refute that my driver had explicit and written instructions to only change the engine oil. Just to verify this, I asked my driver and he told me that he gave Mr. Braunworth the paper where it indicated the engine oil change, and no one had come back later and asked him anything else. Besides this, I do not know why, Mr. Braunworth never indicated to my driver that he could wait in the lounge room and left him waiting outside of the service department, by the parking lot. Calling Mr. Michael Braunworth again and asking him why he decided to change the rear brakes on my van, indicating that there were written instructions to change the engine oil and no one had authorized any brake changes. By the way, this maintenance had been carried out in another place in July of this year. Mr. Michael Braunworth rudely and in unprofessional way replied that they had carried out the change of rear brakes and my vehicle was going to remain in their facilities until we canceled the bill for this maintenance. Also, he did not care about anything, his mechanic performed the service and we have to pay for it. He added that if I wanted to, I had to go to them to talk to the Services Manager. I told him that I need to speak with his Service Manage by phone at that moment; a few minutes later, Mr. Alan - Service Manager answered the call, repeating what had happened, and promised me that they had replaced the rear brakes by authorization of my driver and that we had to pay the service, then the call was interrupted. I had to call them back, and Mr. Michael Braunworth again, strongly indicated that he was disregarding this matter and if we did not pay for the service performed, the vehicle would remain in the dealer until the account is settled and he hanged up the phone call. It is important to note that, we bought from this dealer more than 4 vehicles. Also, previously they have suggested changing the brakes or tires, and we have decided to do it in another place due to the high costs in the estimates that have been received. Seeing the denial of attention and the poor customer service received, the owner of the company and I went to the Dealer to resolve this case. We were really upset about the abuse in the treatment we were given. When we arrived at the place, we were received by Mr. Michael Braunworth, Service Adviser and Mr. Alan - Service Manager where the only thing they told us, with a tough attitude, that we had to pay the bill for the service performed. The lack of control reigned in the place. Due to the abuse that we are being subjected to and the Service Department, instead of calming them down and seeing the possible solution, yelled at us demanding just to get pay; until Mr. Jim Sabino, Service Director, approached us in a loud tone, because he saw that chaos persisted, he promised us to review the case and fix this matter. He asked us for 15 minutes to check everything and see the condition of our vehicle; and he asked us to wait outside his premises, another mistreatment to us as customers, but we agreed. In the meantime, three Paramus Police Officers came to the scene and asked us about the matter, to which we replied that it was already being handled by Mr. Jim Sabino, and we are waiting to get resolve it. I recently bought a used truck and noticed some issues when I got home. I brought it in to customer service and the service manager had a condescending attitude towards me because I look young. He was nasty and said they would look at it. He wouldn't let me show him the issues and just wrote them down. Clearly he wasn't listening because when I picked it up he gave me more of an attitude and said they found nothing. They didn't look at what I told him to, said there was nothing wrong, and they left grease all over the windows!! Now I still need the issues fixed. Horrible experience and the service manager did not care at all to help. What is the point in buying the extended warranty if they don't fix anything at all!! Saturday November 6th, it was a regular day like another, I was just looking around and I will never though that this day I will buy a new car. (My wife and I are so picky and hate making deals on the same day). I came to the shop it was around 10am, I was welcomed by Sebastian, he showed me and walked me around to the parking lot where some of the cars I had interested were parked ( Mustang Mach-E). I saw the car that could have potentially fit our budgets and needs, at this time Bastian directed to me toward a Sales Person "David Campos". Again I really didn't want to purchase anything yet, and not a car over $50K without putting any thoughts on it... David Campos was super friendly and welcoming, after a little while I noticed that he was French! Magnifique!!! Since I am coming from the same country, we started the negotiation in the Moliere languages. Understand that I didn't get a better deal because of my French citizenship lol. I felt absolutely no pressure during the negotiation, no trick or weird hiding fees into the Mustang that David was pricing to me. It was just a pleasure talking about cars with David Campos without any of the usual tactics selling nonsense that people are experiencing in dealership. Mustang was over $55K on the MSRP and I had a trade in as well. After having a test drive (the car is amazing by the way, my first electrical car) it was time to make an offer and probably closing the deal. I have a Mazda 3 fully loaded 2018, 55K miles (Caravana was given me 17K for it.) All American Ford Of Paramus offered me 16K. I asked Mr. Campos to have a check of the full value of the Mazda since I didn't want to put any money down. The manager and financial adviser told me that it would takes over 5 weeks to get the check, after transferring of the title etc... It took us over 8 weeks to get our " We owe you" Check from the dealership. ( The only downside of the entire process was the communication after a few weeks to get this check back) As you all know with the heavy shortage we are currently experiencing for cars in the US market. All are sold over MSRP, I really don't know why I got a MSRP price offering. (The price I got was the sticker price without any extra fees). My 80 year old mom was scheduled to drop off a lease. When she went to drop it off, the sales manager Curtis Villareal told her the lot was full and she wouldn't be able to drop it off. Look - he was rude, condescending and not helpful at all...especially after she told him she wasn't going to buy a car from them. Where do I start the worst experience at a dealership. Purchased my truck from an out of state Ford dealer because all American wanted 5k over sticker price for the same truck. When I got my truck home there was a factory paint defect in the fender. Took it to all American fordnin Paramus for them to paint it under warranty. Was told on Friday march 31 to drop it off and it will be ready the following Friday this is a truck I have only had for 5 days at this point. Next Friday April 7th came and went and nothing got a call the following Wednesday April 12th that the sticker for the fender came in and it didn't work and now it's on back order everywhere for a sticker and they have no clue when it will be ready I called fired corporate and made a complaint and the following Wednesday April 19th that it will be ready and delivered to my house Thursday. They delivered Thursday and the fender was all bubbles so was the sticker there was overspray on my doors the bed moulding was popped up and uneven with the body lines and there was green painters tape left on the part they painted. Refused delivery they took and back and assured me it will be fixed and dropped off Friday. They dropped it off Friday when I was at work came home and literally they did nothing but wet sand the fender and fixed none of the other things from the first time. Saturday i went to the dealer and spoke to the owner to be cursed out by him in front of his staff and told never come back here you didn't buy it here we should have refused the job. I'm playing games because I asked for the truck to be fixed right and detailed afterwords for a 3 week wait and having it sent back 2 times for crappy workmanship. The owner belittled me in front of his staff and said we have no choice to make it right but you will never come here again after this and your not getting shit extra. They picked it up Monday and told me it would be ready same day so I took a vacation day from work and by 3pm I heard nothing and called and was told sorry we have to order a new moulding and it might be ready tomm Tuesday April 25th Tuesday came and went and nothing got a call Wednesday April 26 to tell me it's ready and they won't bring the truck to my house again I have to go in person and pick it up. So they close at 5pm and I get out of work at 7 and they said the owner said that's the only way I will get my truck in person. Had to have my 71 year old dad get it for me since I work till 7. Moral is don't go to this dealer they are terrible. read more

I've been waiting for an oil change for over an hour and a half now. Told me when I arrived they were so slow and it wouldn't take long. They still haven't even pulled my car outta the lot to the garage and they are taking in cars that came in after mine. Due to covid I have been standing outside in the lot waiting as not to go inside. So I knew exactly where my car was parked . When I questioned why my car wasn't going in one mechanic said there's no rhyme or reason as to what cars they pull in and when they work on them. Then the reception service guy came and told me that it wasn't even my car I was standing by. Seriously. I had to explain it was my car and he was wrong. How can such a large business be that incompetent and even go back at a customer for being right without even an apology. read more

My experience here was very unfortunate and I will never go back. I have been a car enthusiast for most of my life and presently own a 5.0 Mustang that I take to shows. I am very familiar with Ford and what they offer. I was recently looking into newer Mustangs and happened across a 2015 Roush RS. I went to All American Paramus, discussed trading in my 5.0, left a deposit check, set up an appointment to see the car, shook hands, signed papers, etc. I brought the car in the same day and no one was able to give me a value for it. The following day, (via phone) I was low-balled on my trade-in after being told that they would try to match current offers another dealership had made for it. Needless to say, after I disagreed and tried for more of a trade-in that was fair, the appointment to see the new car wasn't kept by the dealership and the car wasn't delivered. Figuring it was an issue with my opposition to their offer, I told them was still interested and would potentially buy the car without trading in. They said the would accommodate this, then contact stopped. I made several calls and rarely heard back from the salesman, often having to speak to others to determine what was happening. I finally got in touch with the salesman and was told I needed to leave more of a deposit before I could see the car and have it delivered there. Meanwhile, they had been setting up appointments with me and no one made me aware of this issue when I called each day during the week to see where we were with the arrangements. The salesman "went home early," "stayed home sick," etc. and did not keep his word to contact me or keep appointments. I did go and get my deposit check back, but I received no apologies for what happened. It wasted a good deal of my time and was frustrating, overall. I viewed this as a business in which there is no communication and, all-in-all, it came off as unprofessional. This all deeply impacted my trust and, when making a purchase of this size, I need that trust to proceed. Based on these experiences, I wouldn't go buy the car, no matter how rare, even if it did materialize there. I took my business to another car maker and ended up having an amazingly smooth, fair, seamless, process. Love what I ended up with. read more

Came a few years back. No issues. There service department is a little more expensive than other dealers (so I knocked one star off) but I think they pay attention to detail. If you look at the muti-point inspection it says they test the horn. This is the only dealer I've been too we're I hear them test the horn in the garage. Unfortunately, All American Ford of Paramus appeared to be fraud dealership and their website misleading customers as well as information they provide over the phone. I came all the way from NY (took me an 1 hour and a half one way) for nothing. The price on the website $159 a month (with no down) for leasing Ford Escape SE 2019 appeared in fact $299 (with 4000$ payment upon signing) and $369 (!!!) a month if you pay $2000. Looking at their positive online google reviews made me try to convince myself they were something better than they were. I suspect they have staff dedicated to making up fake excellent reviews.
