Ruben (not the manager, but maybe their main shop guy?) was phenomenal in working his magic to get all of our sensors working. I appreciate the integrity and amazing customer service. Even though he was in the middle of an installation when I arrived, he took a quick moment to greet me and answer my questions. He's very knowledgeable about his products, and his shop and office were tidy and well-organized. We discussed tint options, made selections, and set an appointment for the next day. Raymond estimated a 2.5-hour installation and even texted me twice to confirm the appointment. On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop. He's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever is necessary to make his customers happy. I believe he'll continue to refine his process and grow his business -- and I'd definitely return, just with a written quote next time.

Raymond had good answers when I asked him questions it made me feel like I was going to someone with amazing results when it came to PPF and windshield protection. I have shopped around but Raymond made me feel like I was making the right choice in picking his shop. I now regret taking my car to Top Auto Glass. When I got my car back July 22nd the people didn't even know I was going for my vehicle Raymond did not relay the message to the staff. When I looked at my car it was not perfect, I called Raymond, he said it still took time for everything to settle so that's why they made the 2-week follow-up appointments. I noticed that my front license plate was missing and I called Raymond he said that he would send someone to my house to put it back on, they never showed up, then he said they would be here the next day again and never showed up. I went for my 2-week follow-up appointment and at that time I pointed out all the mistakes, and I was told that they needed to keep the car. When I got my car, my emblems were not placed on the vehicle because they apparently didn't have enough 3M tape to put back on. Very disappointed. Raymond told me to give him a chance to make it right, I asked how long because the front PPF for the windshield needed to be replaced. He picked up my car on August 15th to replace the windshield protection and put on my emblems. When I got my car back they used some glass cleaner, and it stained/burned the black trimming around the windows and it looks terrible now it was a new car before they touched it. Upon inspecting the PPF for the windshield I was told it was replaced however looking back at the picture I took July 23rd and now it was never replaced. I was told that I would get an email for the warranty and never received it and now to make this right I want compensation.
