They offer a nice selection of cars for a reasonable price. Good experience and easy process.

This is the best Hyundai location to get your car serviced!…read more I just happened to have car trouble and my car was towed here. Even before my car got there, they checked in with me, assured me they'd take good care of my car, and they'd call to let me know what needed to be fixed. They called me a couple hours later just to give an update that they were booked but would get to my car as soon as possible. They were completely honest from the beginning that it might be a couple of days. The very next day they called to tell me they'd figured out what was wrong, let me know it was covered, and they offered me a loaner since they'd need to order a part and it would be a few days before my car was fixed. Getting the loaner was a very easy process too. Just a couple of days later they called to give another update- it wasn't fixed but they just wanted to check in. They didn't need to do that but they did and I thought it was extremely thoughtful. I actually added my regular service since they had my car and they were very upfront about what was included and how much it would cost. When my car was ready, they called again, explained everything they did, and let me know when to pick it up. When I went to pick it up and drop off the loaner it took just a matter of minutes. Everything was the price they promised and my car was ready to go. I found it nice that they even washed it very well and cleaned it. I think the car was even more clean than when they got it! I had a very bad experience at another Hyundai service location so I really wasn't sure what to expect at this location. I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish and now I won't go anywhere else!

Their service was less than stellar while they kept my car for 3 days with no updates unless I initiated it. Now the work they provided is under warranty that I can't get anyone to discuss with me. I could have been a total b**ch throughout but I stayed respectful and patient. Their repair lasted exactly 7 days. Pretty damn frustrated at this point.

Maybe buying a car here is pleasant but don't get service here. Scheduling was an exercise of calls, emails and texts that was the worst--the app to schedule service wouldn't work for this location. The check-in associate was pleasant enough but the rest of the experience was a disaster. There was no sense of urgency, and the overall hospitality felt indifferent. My vehicle sat untouched for 30 minutes past my appointment time. The staff didn't inspire confidence either. Several employees appeared disengaged, leaning on customer vehicles and scrolling on their phones. I literally had to ask them not to lean against my car while doom scrolling. I observed this many times with my car and other cars in server area. I was also told to pay for a cabin filter that should be covered under the 15K complimentary service--on a car with only 5K miles. Questionable at best. To top it off, I brought in a recall notice and was told there was no recall, despite it being documented both in the letter and online. Frustrating and concerning. This is not luxury service you'd expect. Going forward, I'll be getting future service at Springfield or Rockville location, and GOING BACK to Volvo for my next vehicle lease.

This place had good reviews, so first I called to see what the wait was like, then drove over. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. When I arrived, they asked me to scan a QR code to check in, that was neat. Although I went in for just an emissions inspection, the person who checked me in saw that my state inspection was due soon and suggested getting that done as well which I agreed to. Then I sat in the waiting area in the back and worked a bit. I wish I'd taken a picture of the waiting area before others arrived because it was so cute! It was decorated with a beach theme and there were small couches and arm chairs and games to play. I think the emissions and safety inspection took about an hour or a little more. When they finished the person who checked me out was also pleasant and chatty. He was reviewing my vehicle and what services I needed and I commented that it was much less than what my dealer recommended. He was very professional and said that the dealer might be more conservative but he believes in only getting what's necessary. I appreciated his take, and especially that he didn't feel the need to talk negatively about a competitor. I will absolutely be back to get my car serviced. It was a pleasant experience with pleasant people!

I guess it's because my car is newer and they can't make money off state and emissions inspections unless cars are older usually. I called here before I went and they only had one car ahead of mine. When I showed up to the shop, there was someone working on another vehicle but was very friendly to me and asked me to wait while he looks at my car. I was dome in 30 minutes and was on my way! While waiting at the shop, I also overheard the mechanics conversation with a customer where they needed a costly car part replaced, and he even went ahead and called the manufacturer for the customer to see if there was still a warranty on the part. He also came up with other alternatives. A customer could use to pay for the expensive part. I've never seen a mechanic go this far for a customer before and it makes me want to come back in case there's ever issues with my car.

They had my car for 5 weeks total. I brought my Volkswagen Tiguan in because my car had multiple oil leaks. This dealership plugged 1-2 of them, I got my car back, and the light came back on 2 days later. I brought it back. They had it for 3 weeks to plug a leak they had missed the first time. I "worked with" Julian - I put that in air quotes because he would deliberately ignore my calls but would answer when I called from a new #. Then when I show up to finally get my car back, my drivers side mirror "had just fallen off". Supposedly there was an issue with the adhesive??? And no, they didn't replace it. I'll have to do it myself. 0/10 experience, I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

My vehicle was in and out of Lindsay Volvo from June 29 through August 17 for a $4,500 engine repair. The repair itself was frustrating enough, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service was unacceptable. Before authorizing the repair, I specifically asked about payment options and was told Lindsay Volvo had a payment plan available. I was directed to work with Service Director Eli T., who assured me an account was being set up and that I would be able to make installments. After weeks of delays and excuses, I was told the process was too complicated and that if I paid the bill upfront, Lindsay Volvo would reimburse me and allow me to pay through the installment plan. I trusted that commitment--unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. I even escalated the issue to General Manager Danny K., hoping for assistance, but nothing changed. I was never proactively contacted; I had to repeatedly call for updates. The Service Director only reached out once during this entire ordeal. To make matters worse, shortly after paying $4,500 for the repair, my check engine light came back on. I even had to call to find out if my vehicle was ready the second time it was in service because my advisor was on vacation. After years of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism I experienced. Lindsay Volvo no longer provides the level of service I expect from a luxury dealership. Unfortunately, they have lost my trust and my future business.

I took my 2018 Dodge Durango to Yates Car Wash Detail Center on April 13th to have it cleaned…read morebefore trading it in toward the purchase of a new vehicle. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine $42 car wash turned into a very disappointing and costly experience. After the wash was completed, a supervisor, Marvin Cornejo, brought me over to my vehicle and informed me that they could not get the driver-side window to roll back up. There were also clear signs that the driver-side power window switch had been pried on in an apparent attempt to get the window working again. Prior to bringing my vehicle to Yates, I had never experienced any issues with the windows or electrical system. To their credit, the staff apologized at the time, took photographs of the damage, and completed an incident report. I was told that the owner would be contacting me to discuss the damage and how the situation would be handled. It has now been a week, and I have received no follow-up whatsoever. Because I was trading the Durango in that same day, the damage directly affected the condition of the vehicle and resulted in a $500 reduction in my trade-in value. So, in the end, a $42 wash plus the $5 tip I gave the staff cost me an additional $500. The wash itself was fine, and I understand that accidents can happen. What I find unacceptable is the lack of accountability and follow-through afterward. If your business damages a customer's vehicle, documents the incident, and tells the customer that the owner will contact them, following through should be the bare minimum. Receiving no communication at all only adds insult to injury. I purchased my new vehicle later that same day, and based on this experience, I will not be bringing it to Yates Car Wash Detail Center. Unfortunately, I also cannot recommend Yates to others. Accidents happen. How a business responds when they happen says far more about the business than the accident itself. In this case, the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
