You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.
