Typically we love All-American Pizza. It's usually great and you can't beat the price. This last time wasn't good, however. I ordered eight pizzas (veggie, chicken Alfredo, sausage, beef, 2 cheese, and 2 pepperoni). None of them even looked good, they were definitely over-cooked. I ordered 5 pizzas from this location on Sunday, August 14th, 2022. These were for a party. There were multiple instances on multiple pizzas where medium/long length hairs were found while eating. Not on top of the pizza but under the cheese. I called to make a complaint and ask for a refund. They told me I would have to bring the pizzas in to get a full refund. I returned to the store about 15 minutes later with the pizzas. As the lady was processing my refund, I noticed 3 gentleman in the back working on the pizzas, all of them with medium/longer length hair, NONE OF THEM WEARING HAIRNETS. After the refund was accomplished, they didn't even apologize or seem apologetic for this disgusting mishap. I probably won't purchase from this business again. read more

Not highly impressed. Ordered The Works. Should be renamed No Work. There was barely any green peppers, onions, or mushrooms. No stuffing in the stuffed crust that I could tell. Didn't get the pop I ordered. Won't be ordering from here again. I'll stick to Marco's. read more

I actually ordered twice because I thought my first pizza was not good but I put the blame on myself. Got the stuffed crust and the dough was rubber. I thought it was because I ordered something wrong. So the next time I ordered just a regular pizza and cheese bread. The dough is still rubber and overall it does bot taste right. The cheese bread was cut into half inch by half inch diamonds. I am impressed someone could cut them that small but it was not easy to eat. We only get the thin crust from here. It is amazing. The salads have always been made when I order it so it's not sitting around for a day or two. They pile on the cheese, black olives (I ate more than half the olives and a bunch of cheese before I took a photo,) and tomatoes. The pizzas are loaded with toppings as well. My husband is a truck driver from California, and he enjoys finding little places in each state, that we may not have here in Cali. I happened to be with him on this trip to Oklahoma, and so we decided to find a place together. We came across 'All American Pizza'! We ordered a Chicken Alfredo pizza and a salad (1st trip). We thought, the price was VERY cheap, so we honestly weren't expecting a whole lot for that price. WERE WE WRONG! The pizza was AMAZING. The crust was so good and they don't over power the pizza with sauce like a lot of places. The size of the pizza was definitely a surprise for the price; a lot larger than expected, with chicken in every bite. Now, the salad! I usually don't like to order salads because they're so expensive, with nothing in it. Not this place. The salad was HUGE, and it was soooo so so delicious, piled with cheese, meat, olives and tomatoes and for ONLY $3.99. And don't get me started on their ranch! So damn good! We enjoyed it so much that, the last day we were in Oklahoma (5 days in total), we decided to enjoy one last meal from one of the restaurants we had visited, before we left! It wasn't even a question or thought where. All American Pizza was definitely a no brainer!!!!! So we made a 2nd trip before heading home and ordered a large Chicken Alfredo with TWO salads! Best choice EVER! Aside from the food, the customer service was everything we could have hoped for! An amazing experience overall!!!! This place is so inconsistent, the pizza was not made as ordered, the calzone on my last visit was flat and hardly had any meat or cheese filling, it was all crust and what little filling it did have seemed to melt out of the bottom of the calzone and melted it to the box, and paper underneath, definitely not worth $10. The sauce is so thin it is like red water it is so watered down you can hardly use it to dip the calzone in, it just runs off of it. We also have had to order our pizza with extra sauce just to get a normal amount of sauce, if you don't do this you will end up with a dry pizza with little sauce. I think we are gonna move on and try Pizzini'z and see if it is better and more consistent than All American. This company has a great potential to overtake the industry locally. The issue is their ppl working the registers. When I came in, she had the music blaring while she was in lala land. I get it. Have fun, no one is in the building. But, pay attention. Then, what really drove me to write this, is I just purchased 40.00 worth of food. I apple paid, and she flipped the screen to show me which percentage of tip I should give her. Lol. So, since she worked so hard turning around and placing the food on the counter for me, I generously gave 15 percent. 6 bucks. I told her 15 percent. No thank you, which pissed me off. Then, I asked her for a bag to carry my 2 liters in so I could carry everything at once. She hands me the bag. Wtf. You would think she would at least finish getting my food together. I wonder if she knows what the 6 dollars was for? Teach your team. I worked at little Caesar's for 2 yrs in high school. No tips. At all. When they did I was so appreciative. This place is always hopping, for good reason! I love cheesy breadsticks, and theirs are my favorite. My SO loves their calzones, and their thin crust is very crispy. We always get takeout, and the one time we had a mixup, they fixed it right away with no issue. I'm not sure if All American thought I wouldn't notice but, when I asked for a Meat Lovers pizza with jalapenos added, they topped it with one giant jalapeno slice and then loaded the rest of the pizza with diced green bell peppers... I'm assuming they ran out of jalapenos? If so, they could've just told me and I wouldn't have been bothered enough to care. I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to substitute bell peppers for jalapenos but I'm assuming they thought the two were close enough. Ingredient snafus aside, the pizza itself still had problems due to the crust being under cooked all throughout the middle, so holding a slice like normal would cause all the toppings to flop onto the plate. All American's pricing is also starting to get a little wonky. It's still a bit cheaper than most popular chains but the quality of their pizzas haven't been able to keep up with the gradual price increases. At this rate, I may as well go to Domino's and get more consistent pizzas for cheaper. read more
