I LOVE me some Detroit-style pizza, so I was happy to discover we had this place in OKC after seeing it recommended in the FB OKC foodie group. I ordered the Federal Hill pizza, while my wife had the White Top pizza since she doesn't eat meat (I married a weird one, I know). I'd probably rate the pizza about an 7.5 or 8/10. If they used a bit more cheese, that would elevate the pizza a bit more. Not the best Detroit pizza in the greater OKC metro but top 3 for sure. read more

Nice pizzeria where they handcraft and make pizzas for you fresh with fresh ingredients and they can also be customizable - for instance the Hope Street with vegetables I customized by adding burrata and honey as well as Mike's hot honey. They also have garlic knots, cheese bread, salads and desserts like cannolis available as well. Service is great and again they make the pizzas right in front of you live and you can see them put the toppings on and place the pies into pizza ovens. I really enjoyed being at this spot, although it was extremely busy which I understood because it was the NBA playoffs. There was so many different restaurants to choose from all within the same building. They had food places upstairs and downstairs. I decided to go to Providence, Pizza, and boy am I glad the pizza was a deep dish pizza. It had goat cheese and some other toppings and it was delicious. The crust was nice and crispy. The goat cheese gave you that creamy texture and it was full of flavor. I also enjoyed their dipping sauces. The ranch was amazing. It was top-tier that goes with the Pizza. I also stopped by a taco spot in the same building and got a quesadilla and it was pretty good as well. They have some great sauces but beware that some of them are really spicy. They have a lot of areas where you can get drinks. They have TV set up and seating areas are both indoors and outdoors. This is a cool spot to attend especially doing various game seasons. read more

I just didn't find this pizza good and definitely not worth the steep price. We ordered a 16" New York pizza half sausage and half pepperoni for the kids to share, I had a Detroit Hope street and my husband had a Detroit federal hill. We also ordered four drinks and two cannolis for dessert to share. 77 dollars and then he turns the screen around asking for a tip. Insanity. I wouldn't have been so upset with the price if the pizza was good, but as someone who is from Michigan, this Detroit style wasn't that good. I hate whole cloves of garlic on pizza, and every bite I took the tomatoes fell off and the goat cheese tasted off. Just mediocre at best. The worst part was the New York pizza. I picked up a piece and it was a limp soggy mess. Absolutely unappetizing. I wish we would have just gone to empire slice, way better pizza for a way better price. The cannolis were good, and they have good ranch, but after tip (not sure what we were tipping for? You place order at the counter and then go get your own drinks and have to bring the order to your table), we paid over $84 for lunch, absolutely not worth it at all. read more

Ordered the Thayer Street Detroit style. It looked terrible with how sloppy the ingredients were topped on top and the unsettling glossiness of the white sauce. Luckily the flavor was much better than how it looked! They aren't using the highest quality ingredients, but the overall experience is satisfying. If I lived here, I would probably order this for myself at least once a quarter. The bread was the biggest selling point, as it was soft but still sturdy. It didn't have any sponginess that some places achieve. The burnt cheese edge all around the perimeter was standard but executed well. The toppings could have had more of a char for my taste. They almost seen like they were added after the pizza was cooked, which I feel is a mistake, but still works out. For being apart of a food hall, this is still a quality pizza that may not be the greatest but is still a solid choice. Whether just for one person or with a group of people. read more

Found inside Parlor Food Hall. I went here twice during my stay in OKC. Got a regular style east coast and a Detroit. Both were really good, hand made with really fresh, quality ingredients. They make the pizzas really fast, so don't expect to wait a long time for your pizza. Maybe 10 mins? The staff was friendly, pizza was great, the food hall set up let's you sit anywhere you like to enjoy your food. I like the set up. There is also a full bar available and lots of TVs to watch sports. Very cool place, stop by and give them a try. This place is located in the parlor and as many times I've been here many times and never tried the Detroit style pizza here and I've been missing out. The pizza Domenico crust was very crunchy and you could taste the garlic in the sauce the best was the little surprise bits of bacon I got with some bites. This place is amazing. I have eaten both the Crotalian (this time - see pic) and the Federal Hill deep dish pizzas. Detroit style pizza is much heavier than other types so be ready for that. I am a die heart fan of Detroit style pizza (brown dog in telluride and blue pan in Denver have my heart). That being said, I feel as though this place deserves a super honorable mention.
