We have loved Papa Murphy's for years and have always appreciated the guys at this location. We've never had a bad experience and the pizza has always been made just like we like it. We really appreciated the summer special this year because it's the perfect size for a family and with toppings that we love. I would give a 4+ star but recently, Valentines day i order a pizza. The 1st had to be remade because a slight mistake in topping...no big deal.. The second was as expected HOWEVER the pizza had a PEBBLE.....yes a small STONE in it which i bit into and nearly broke a tooth. I called immediately, received a reply and after a few text and conversation was offered a refund. The owner Mr Eric Walter suggested that there was potential quality escape at a supplier location and would turn it into that channel. We were not able to come to an amicable resolution, as an offer or a refund was not sufficient from my POV and anything beyond that was unreasonable from Mr Eric Walters POV. The staff in the store were pleasant, professional and excellent. The pizza besides a "Stone" in it was excellent. Happy Valentines Day I guess and Suprise you get a stone. read more

We've been loyal Papa Murphy's customers across multiple cities for years and usually enjoy their food. Today, I ordered a custom salad with only romaine lettuce and specific toppings, as I can't eat spinach due to its high oxalate content, which is toxic for me. Unfortunately, the salad I received was 90% spinach with just a small amount of romaine at the bottom, making it inedible for me. When I tried to call, Papa Murphy's didn't answer their phone, and their mailbox was full. Are they dodging other customers' complaints? It may seem petty to complain, but it's frustrating when nothing seems to work as expected anymore. You have to double-check everything because attention to detail is lacking. I've always been a generous tipper, but I'm done with pre-tipping from now on. read more

When you have a large family to feed on a tight budget, and can't bring yourself to cook, this is the place. I've not been in the store as I order and my husband picks it up on the way home. It's slick it's easy and my kids love it. Yes, its staffed with a lot of high schoolers, but... it's cheap pizza, that actually tastes good and is at a reasonable price for this "season" we are in, and high schoolers are part of the equation keeping prices lower. Baking instructions are strait forward and when it's all gone you just toss the baking pan, no scrubbing involved. Family favorites are the Chicago-style stuffed, the Cowboy and the Big Murphy's stuffed. Does this location have it's one off mistakes, sure, but 9 times out of ten it's right (and we're an add extra this that or the other thing depending on our moods kinda family). Over all give this location a shot if you just need quick cheap eats. Utilize the ordering app (or online) and you don't even have to talk to anyone if you don't want to lol (A key benefit for certain family members lol) read more

This location has some serious problems. First off, the level of professionalism is seriously lacking. On more than one occasion I had to the correct the kid checking my order out on the total amount due. Additionally, they're supposed to put the call in orders that select "Pay at store" behind the counter. On NUMEROUS occasions my order has been in the customer pick-up racks by the door. A less scrupulous customer that selected "Pay at Store" could easily walk in, grab their order, and leave. Not smart. Tonight, however, they COMPLETELY botched my order. The stuck the wrong calzone in my order. Because they don't label what's inside them I didn't realize this until I got home and cooked it. It was my wife's so her dinner ended up being ruined with stuff on it that she can't eat. I appreciate the cheap prices and general quality of the food...but seriously guys, you've got one job to do. Make pizzas CORRECT. There needs to be some serious remedial training at this store...and maybe a competent manager. read more

I love pizza, yes I do, I love pizza how about you! After moving back home from the Navy I started seeing more and more Papa Murphy's showing up around me. First one was 15 minutes away, the second was about 5, and then I moved but the closest was still about 5 minutes away. Having these so close makes it a great alternative to your normal pizza carryout place. Take and bake is a different concept completely but it's a style that I've grown to like. This store was a bit disheveled but I mean they're making pizza's on the spot and I'm pretty sure we walked in right after their dinner rush. After the food was baked it was delicious. I like to order a white sauced pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. Yes, I know it's an odd pairing but it's surprisingly really good and just as good the next day too. If you can remember to turn the oven on before you leave (pending you're not gone for a long time) to go pick Papa Murphy's up then this is a great deal. read more

Papa Murphy's is not your typical pizza place. Here's how it works. You select the type of fresh dough and your favorite toppings. They make your pizza by hand in a matter of minutes. Then you take it home, pop it in the oven, and serve it fresh. They've got a small menu but they've got a good variety of options. We've always had a good experience at this location. They are quick and polite and we've never had an issue with any of our orders. Their pizza tastes great. So do their salads. They've also got some great options for dessert. If you're really hungry, make sure you plan in advance cause once you buy the pizza, you've still got to cook it. read more

I think it's a shame that people give bad reviews for this establishment. I went today Tuesday for the $10.00 special. I have not had the pizza yet, but the employees or owners give the outstanding customer service. They smile and are enthused about their job. It makes me happy in this day and age workers are proud of their job. Extra Sauce cheese extra sausage. They made it as we watched. Being from DC Miami they are a breath of fresh air. read more

This is probably the best Papa Murphy's I've ever been to! The employees were so friendly and helpful, I was so impressed. The entire store was so clean. The pizza is also wonderful. You can do two flavors on each pizza. Which I love because I enjoy trying knew topping combinations. All the toppings are fresh and chopped in the store! The dough is handmade, the cheese is shredded there in the store. They make it all for you, you take it and bake it for 15min on 425F and BAM you have a delicious hot and ready pizza. Everything is just so wonderful about Papa Murphy's. I would highly recommend this spot for bake at home pizza! I've tried the original and stuffed crust, both are great. My favorite two flavors right now are the garlic chicken and veggie. read more

Apparently when you order at 6:15pm and go to pick up at 7pm, it is simply not enough time for the dimwits to read the order and get it right. I ordered a simple one topping pizza and a garden salad. I go to pick it up and am informed they are out of garden salads but I could have a Mediterranean salad for the same price. I didn't want that kind and have to pick out what I don't like. They admitted that they didn't check the order before I came in to pick it up. C'mon guys, read the orders and have EVERYTHING ready when folks come to pick up. Staff is always super friendly and the order is always ready and accurate. They put just the right amount of toppings on and certainly don't skimp! Service could use some serious improvement. Seemed like the location was run by a bunch of high school kids. Employees were joking around and my impression of the cleanliness had me question my food. When we parked and looked in we saw trash and a used glove on the ground. Would u eat at a place that when u looked in had trash all over the place and can be seen from the parking spot. Tasty tasty I like the take home and cook better than most other pizzas because you can grab it when you want it and cook it when you want to cook it. The crust, both regular and thin is wonderful but don't be scared to cook the thin crust a bit longer than what your instinct would be. You are not gonna save much money but you could add you're own toppings to get what your heart desires and do so from your own pantry. They DO NOT cook pizzas at this place it is take home only but it does not take to much time and to get it made for you right in front of you and it is good easy pizza. read more
