Payment was easy, got a receipt right away, and the driver was really nice and very professional. Hope I don't ever have to use them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to all back. And to the guy who gave a one-star review because it cost $100 to have his car towed a few miles- that's just what towing costs. That's the going rate for a minimum charge. Get over it.

She is a recent kidney transplant patient and this ordeal caused her unnecessary stress which she did not need. She had to go back a second day to take care of getting her vehicle. Alignment was ok, but the steering was still off. Wish they would've told me that they're especially good with Jeeps. They also didn't have the expertise to repair an oil pan gasket.
