I wife, super distraught, called me and I went to the location and found the Female Husky still in the roadway. I scooped her up and brought her to Willow Springs, but alas it was too late. After speaking with the Veterinarian 'Dr Schaller' I found out that the Husky had suffered massive head and chest trauma and had passed away soon after I left the clinic The staff at Willow was kind and compassionate . I spoke with Dr Shaller this morning and found her to be a True Animal lover concerned with this animals health but more concerned about my wifes mental health, She is a caring and compassionate Dr...Thank you Dr Shaller for being who you are

Upon calling to let the office know they arrived, a plain "hello" from the office was given as a greeting. He then had to verify if this was willow creek and a short "yes" followed. The individual did not identify themselves. He was then informed due to being ten minutes late, the appointment was canceled. He asked to come later that day and was flatly told "no." There's no late policy on the website nor was he informed of such a thing. I have looked at a Google review from about a year ago that stated there was a ten minute buffer and fifteen minutes was the cut off. If that is still true, my partner was within the buffer period. We had no negative experiences prior. There were also no other cars in the parking lot. Employees must have parked in the back of the building. Terrible experience and we will not return.

Every visit was at least an hour wait, sometimes closer to 2.5 hours. Dropping your pet off for surgery? Plan on waiting at least an hour. Picking them up? Another hour and a half. I honestly don't understand why they bother making appointments. Trying to get someone on the phone is just as frustrating. The phone rings forever, and if you leave a voicemail, don't expect a call back. The front desk experience only makes things worse. If you have to deal with Brittney, be prepared to be treated like you're bothering her. She's rude, doesn't listen, and acts like helping clients is an inconvenience. Almost every time I've been in the lobby, someone has been complaining about the front desk, and there are plenty of reviews that mention the same thing. I even brought it up to the doctor and other staff members, and it was obvious they were aware of the issue, but nothing ever changed. My biggest concern, though, is the care my dog received. After orthopedic surgery, my dog developed a MRSA infection. He needed another surgery, and I was told all of the hardware would be removed. Instead, they only removed the mesh and left the rest of the hardware in place. I paid for that second surgery. The hardware that was left behind also became infected, and my dog had to undergo a third surgery to finally remove the remaining hardware. That third surgery was done at no charge, but it should never have gotten to that point. After three surgeries, months of recovery, and everything he went through, he still can't properly use his leg. Then my other dog needed surgery on her other leg. Even after everything that happened, I was willing to give them another chance because she needed the procedure and they had done the surgery on her other leg already. I spent three weeks calling to get her scheduled and was repeatedly told that only Dr. Garrett could make the surgery schedule and that someone would call me back. No one ever did. After three weeks of waiting while my dog continued to suffer, I was finally told they weren't going to do her surgery because I had been unhappy with how my first dog's case had been handled. Three weeks wasted when I could have been getting her help somewhere else. I don't write reviews lightly, but after everything my dogs and I went through, I feel other pet owners deserve to know what our experience was. I will never bring another pet to this practice.
