Our dog has a sensitive stomach and will vomit bile if not fed 3 meals (2 small dinners). The staff didn't think twice about splitting his dinner (feeding at 4pm and again at 9pm) with NO extra charge! Every time I called to check on my pets the staff was very friendly and more than willing to chat about them. I also appreciate that they posted pictures of my VERY happy pets onto their FB page (our dog out with another dog that he played well with and our cat roaming around their cat room) When we came to pick up our pets not only did we receive happy health animals, but the staff also gave us goodie bags (dog treats and people treats) as well as hand made Christmas ornaments with our pets names on them! The price is very fair, with multiple discounts offered (military, police, teachers, and seniors). Including, stay 10 days and get 1 free, with that they count both pets days individually (i.e. 10 nights all together for 2 pets = 20 nights) also they gave us the "free" days at the higher price instead of taking off the cheaper ones. Overall we are very pleased with this facility and will definitely use them again!

The woman who groomed them was not friendly, I would describe her as standoff-ish. This was fine, I don't expect someone providing a service to be cordial or friendly but it certainly helps. The main issue occurred at their last grooming - where the woman told us she would not be able to groom our smaller dog anymore unless we drugged him. He is a senior dog who's very nervous around groomers and he peed while she groomed him. If you're a dog groomer, you have to expect this will happen. You're taking care of dogs. I couldn't believe that was her recommendation. Obviously we stopped services immediately with this company. I would caution anyone from using Graham's. Additionally, it was prohibitively expensive, at almost $500 per groom for two dogs.

I'm super surprised by the negative reviews here and cannot believe we are talking about the same place. Our dog Crockett, who can be a handful, is always excited to go to WMW when we drop him off. All of the staff snuggles him right up when we bring him in. When we suffered the loss of one of our pets this year, the staff at WMW grieved with us. Additionally, when we call with last minute requests, or have to leave our pet another day, they always do their best to squeeze us in. I've been so appreciative of them and the care and love they give to our furry family members.

When researching a practice I selected them for him specifically. He should remove his bio from the website if he is not the vet. The lady that came in to see us didn't introduce herself I had to ask who she was and then the only answer I got was Dr. Megan. My 10 lb dog was hyper and not being agreeable so she just skipped part of the exam... REALLY should that be the protocol for professional to take? Where are their skills, I doubt ALL animals are just happy to be poked and prodded. I would also ADD to be sure and ask for a quote for fees before you proceed... Dental cleaning is $900 to $1500 each and mandatory lab work prior is $500...so you might have a $2000 dental cleaning which by the way, she did not really even examine his teeth, just said she recommended just pulling ALL his remaining teeth. I think I will look elsewhere... you might want to do the same.
