He's now trembling when he goes out to use the bathroom so I went out yesterday and bought him a sweater and I'm waiting for a coat to come in the mail. To add insult to injury I contacted the owner with my concerns only to be ignored and now I'm pissed, their site does not have the option for customer reviews so this is mine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GROOVY GROOMING BY ERICA she has my poor Chés looking like a chihuahua and he was a fluffy coat Maltipoo I was also told by his former groomers @Wash an nRoll mobile pet grooming that there's some sought of beef between them and that might be why she shaved him like this. I'm confused why a rival groomer would refer me to your business and you do this to my Chés as a result to spite them, you're only hurting your own business. After writing my own review on Facebook Erica blocked me so that the review wouldn't show how professional

Our Buster ran into some heart trouble in Mount Pleasant and we stopped at er pet service which was very thorough after the vet there talked with Buster's vet Dr Kent Dean, he advised us to come back to Hope Mills. He wanted us to see Dr Hix, his wife, when we got there, we were carried to an exam room and Dr Hix went to work. She saved his life! Dr Kent Dean has always been Buster's favorite, now he has 2 favorites, as we do too! And there is another Dr K. Dean, she is prettier than the first Dr Dean, and will be a great vet too. We are so thankful we have them. They are great people too!

I had to walk…read morearound to several different receptionists before one of them acknowledged me and my request. I had to work to get someone's attention and get them to look away from their computer screens to acknowledge my dog and me. It was obvious I was waiting for help, but instead of someone looking up to address it, I had to shuffle around the desk. I would rather go to a small clinic than a busier place that sacrifices basic customer service skills and care, which matter far more than having a beautiful facility. Also, holding pet owners responsible for picking up their dog's poop should be a key priority, in addition to improving patient flow as people walk through the door. There were dog droppings on the sidewalks and plastic bags with waste placed by the door. This takes away from the facility's appearance and cleanliness for other four-legged animal companions and their owners.

I decided to reach out on a…read moreFacebook group "What's happening Fayetteville?" asking for a Veterinarian they recommended. I just felt something for Cross Creek Animal Hospital and chose them. My 16 yo pug has IVDD so he was my main concern in finding a good veterinarian. The front office sent for his former records from Lumberton. I made an appointment with Dr. Weatherman. I read about her on their website but that's all I knew. Let me just start with the phone call to the office. Immediately I felt at peace. Her voice and patience with me during my spiel had me feeling good about my choice. Entering the very clean lobby I was greeted by some happy welcoming young ladies. It was time for Baracko to go into the room now, and I asked for help carrying him. No problem and done. Asked if u needed help with him. Very nice. A very nice vet tech came in and asked all about Baracko and what he needed. She was so patient and kind with him as he's handicap. She was gentle and he appreciated her. Dr. Weatherman walked in and I was mesmerized by a beautiful young woman. She has the sweetest calm voice. She was so gentle with Baracko and thorough. She talked to me about her feelings about moving forward with Baracko's health plan moving forward. She is so sweet and will sit down with you and have a chat about your baby. I can't say enough about her and I'm so glad Baracko is under her care. The ladies at the front desk are so accommodating and helpful. Each and everyone of them. I have needed refills and help with my appointments and they are so willing to help, they make you feel like you matter. I needed help getting Baracko outside and to the car and I didn't feel bothersome at all because the young lady was happy to help. I have got to say that all in the months that I have been with this veterinarian office I haven't once had a negative feeling towards one person or the hospital ever I made the right decision 100% and I could name names but each and everyone of the staff Are really awesome people.

Very uncomfortable and chaotic environment. It may have been a crazy day. Two aggressive dogs approached me and my calm dog and nobody intervened or did anything about it. I broke my shoe in the process and then was told that my dog couldn't get his nails trimmed by Dr. Brown (which I requested when I booked). My dog has had an iffy past and trusts Dr. Brown only and I was highly disappointed. I left with no nail trim and barefoot from fighting dogs off my dog in the waiting area.Unfortunately, the way I was treated left me with not wanting to go back to this vet for services.Very disappointing.

My little pittie mix and I had such a fun time taking classes here! We recently completed the…read more7-week foundations course with Logan. I was pleasantly surprised at how much we learned in the course. I'll admit I was a little disappointed at first since the class is a lot of lecturing, however, I see why it is set up the way it is. Even with a high energy dog, the breaks between exercises were needed. I did not realize how mentally exhausting the training can be for the dogs and owners. Apollo loved the classes, but was definitely ready for a nap when we got into the car. The first class and I think the fifth(?) are primarily lecture. The instructor informs the class of this in advance so you can plan accordingly. Due to the nature of the first class, dogs are optional. After each class they send a detailed review of the class along with homework exercises. Each week has a topic and the classes are organized well. Overall, we enjoyed this class and recommend their classes to others!

They only use positive reinforcement methods which is really important to me, and I love how much they value the comfort and happiness of their dogs and humans. I've taken several different classes here and it's been amazing to see how much we've learned and how much I've grown as a handler. Also want to give a special shout out to our trainer Katie who has been amazing and a part of Milou's training journey since the beginning. I love it here and can't imagine bringing my pup (and future pups) anywhere else!
