Sadly, this wasn't the review I hoped to leave. I had hoped to leave a generous review despite the multiple troubles we've had and the intense waiting have we've had to play...but this is no longer a supply chain issue...it a "we aren't very organized, we don't care about you very much, and the discomfort and dissatisfaction of our customers doesn't keep us up at night." We got our first quote from this company in February 2021. We got our posts installed early April and we're hopeful that supply chain issues were a nonissue. Our fence panels were finally installed around August but gate issues left part of our fence unfinished. Weeks went on with no communication. We finally started calling weekly. About September we got done posts in. The gate was too small so they had to come out and change it. Weeks went on. It is now December 1st, 2021...they came days ago with the same small gates and said they'd have to build new gates. We've heard nothing from them and I've not been able to have my children use our yard safely because it's not fenced in. I'm angry because we've been incredibly kind and helpful. I'm angry because we're on a half acre lot and four of our other neighbors did their half acre yards with them and they've been completed FOR MONTHS. I'm angry because we've already paid. I'm angry because Nothing is going right. I'm angry because I feel taken advantage of for my kindness and I don't want to be kind anymore. If you use then: beware of the waiting. Get everything in writing and double check their numbers because they tried to up our price multiple times citing supply chain and price changes but...ya'll we signed a contract. Every single person at this company was very kind but I'm still in this hole waiting for my gates. And it's been nearly a year. read more

Very poor experience. Didn't listen to what we wanted but instead constantly tried to upsell. We asked to match existing fence. They didn't measure the dimensions of the fence and ordered the wrong posts. Offered to pay for the matching posts. Kent, the owner, tried to talk my wife out of it. When we insisted, he provided an incredibly high bid for the fence with the matching posts (including doubling the cost of labor). Got two independent bids that were thousands cheaper and went with another contractor. Kent then asked for ridiculous fees, including for digging post holes on the wrong side of the property. Tried to negotiate a settlement in good faith but Kent doesn't believe any of the issues are his fault. Keeps blaming us for "changing our minds." Was condescending to my wife throughout. Very, very disappointing. read more

Should've read reviews. The fence is great. Like everybody else, the communication was terrible and scheduling was nowhere near what they said when we paid our deposit. My wife spent weeks calling just to inquire about install dates to which she was always told, "you're on the schedule," which apparently means, "we have your name and address on our list here, but we have no idea when this will actually happen." Installers were great. It took two days total to get everything built - one day for posts and one day for the fence two weeks later. Extremely poor project management skills that amounted to a very frustrating overall experience. 10/10 would go somewhere else next time. read more

I've read the other reviews and acknowledge that communications could have been better throughout the process. But the quality of work makes up for any lapses in communication. Timeframe was longer than promised but no longer than any of my neighbors who used different vendors. But our vinyl fence is straight, finishes are true, and the wrought iron fence/gates on the street facing runs look awesome. Already have had positive comments on the appearance of the wrought iron part because no one else in the neighborhood has done anything but white vinyl gates. I would recommend because of the obvious difference in quality compared to other installs in the neighborhood. read more

Please don't use this company!! They have done nothing but give us the run around. Our sells agent Tanner was nice at first, then I told him I was going to switch to another company with my neighbor because they're cheaper. He said if we both went with them, he'd get us our poles installed in two weeks and we'd get a discount since he could get more fences done and he was going to match the range of the other place we wanted to switch to. I had to ask 3 times for a new quote. The price that was given wasn't in the same range. He then told us that their product was better and that's why he could lower his price even though he told us he would. He bait and switched us. I told him I was going to talk to a manager and he told me," Good luck talking to someone higher then me." He absolutely doesn't care about his customers, he only wants the commission. I called to ask when I was scheduled and no one knew, I kept getting transferred no one could tell me when they were coming out. I finally got a hold of someone named Shannon, he told me that no one asked for someone to come out and there must've been some mistake. Finally they were able to come out after 3 to 4 weeks of waiting. The guys who installed the posts were great! They told me they would finish my fence in 7 to 10 days. On day 10 I called the office and they told me it's actually 10-14 days. I was then told I would have my fence finished 17 days after they installed my posts. I called on the 17th day and they push me back even more. I'm still waiting for my fence to be finished. My neighbor and I I hope that no one else gets pushed around like us from this company. read more

Communications and customer service are terrible at All American Vinyl. We put money down two months ago and have yet to see our fence finished. No one that we can talk to is there when we call. Tanner, our sales rep, has disappeared. Our project always seems to get bumped down in priority. Not a happy camper with All American Vinyl. read more

They have zero communication skills except for when it comes time to pay. They take months and months to install. You have to bug their scheduler if you ever want your fence up. They installed the fence quickly once they finally showed up. Second they are done expect the bill sent to you. read more

Quality of work is outstanding! We ended up not getting any other bids on the fence and went straight away with All American Vinyl. Our home is on a hillside with very awkward angles. That was no issue at all for these guys. The only thing that was odd to me was having to give half a deposit 6 weeks in advance of the work being done. Just seemed a bit odd. Overall, extremely satisfied and our fence has been installed for 6 months. read more

Don't use this company go anywhere else. They did a poor job and damaged my landscaping and the called and threatened so sue my 68 year old mother for us leaving a poor review on google, to try and get them to fix the poor job they did. read more

Fence quality could be great, I don't know? We were told our fence would be installed 6-7 weeks after we paid our deposit. 13 weeks later... all we have are our posts and those were installed 2 weeks ago. The most frustrating thing has been there is zero communication. The only time we get updated on the status is if we call and them. But then, the update we get isn't accurate. We will be told they're scheduled to come a certain day and they don't come. Who knows when our fence will be complete... read more

call it the good, the bad and the ugly. The Good: there install crews were great. took there time and was very thoughtful about the work and the property. the quality appears to be there and the fence looks great. There install crews were polite and respectable The Bad: they are way behind. I was told that they were only 3 to 4 weeks out when I signed up. It took them roughly 6 weeks to come out and install the post. then another three weeks to install the fence. The Ugly: when the post crew came in, they said the gut crew (fencing crew) would be in about 5 to 10 days afterwards to install the fence. after about 2 weeks I called there scheduler and he told me that they would be there to install either Friday or Monday of that week. When Tuesday morning came rolling around and no fence was installed, I called again. Their scheduler told me that they lost a truck late last week and they were basically a crew down. They should be able to pick up the truck today and be there tomorrow. (which would have been Wednesday). Thursday comes rolling around and still no fence. so I called again and questioned again why no fence. This time I was promised that they would be there Friday morning after I dropped the hint that if they weren't going to follow up with the fence crew I was going to cancel there contract and find someone else. they showed up Friday morning. Now with all that being said, I received no (zero) phone calls letting me know that their were issues and that the install crew wasn't going to be there. there was no emails or any kind of communication from them on any issues. I had other sub contractors waiting for the fence to be installed so that their work could start. I didn't want the fence crews to be stepping off of a 36" drop off due to my dirt work being done first. I am a project manager that deals with multi million dollar projects every day. I call people when there are delays and inform them of the delays so they can re-direct their crews. This company evidently does not. Also be forewarned, make sure that during the estimate process that you clarify how they will bill you. They will bill you for all linear footage for the entire fence including your gate areas. Then they will bill you for the gate. I had 2 gates installed. (2) @ 5'-0 and (1) @ 12'-0. they are averaging about 70.00 per foot on the gates and then they charge you for the fence price for that area. so you are paying about 85.00 per lin. foot on the gates. they do not clarify that anywhere on there bid estimate. So, there work quality is great, (9 out of 10) there office follow up and scheduling (3 out of 10). At least the fence is in and it looks good. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Never met such ignorant and mean people in my life. They destroyed our personal property when working on our neighbors fence. We tried to talk with the workers and owners but they had total disregard in helping us. Buyer beware! read more

I had a horrible experience with this company, they came and gave me an estimated by the end of May, after putting my down payment they change the installation date 4 times, after so many emails asking about the fence installation they finally installed the fence the first week of August. Communication was terrible. They schedule so many fence installation jobs that they can't keep with them. All American Vinyl needs to hire more people if they are going to keep this practice, you guys are exchanging Quality for Numbers and if you keep doing this you are going to have so many disgrunted customers. Costumer Satisfaction should be their first priority. read more

Great company! They installed a fence I'm my yard and it looks fantastic. I would refer them to anyone.

I'm not an All American Vinyl customer, nor will I ever be. They were replacing an old wooden fence that runs across the entire length of my backyard (as well as my neighbors on both side's yards as well) with a new vinyl fence. I have my own chain link fence that also runs the span of my yard with about a foot of space between the two fences. Along the entire length of my back fence I had mature grape vines that have been growing since before we moved in nearly 7 years ago. They were beautiful. So my grape vines have branches draping over the top of the wooden fence and since no one bothered to notify us (nor my neighbors) that they were taking down the fence the workers took zero care throwing them over the fence - breaking most of the branches in the process. While this was frustrating and annoying - it wasn't the end of the world. Had we been informed we could have easily made arrangements to get our vines out of their way but what can you do? Oh, and 10 rabbits escaped from my neighbor's yard because they didn't inform him that they were taking down his back fence. So then apparently the thick, wooded arteries that ran along the bottom of the fence were also in their way so they decided to CUT the main vines on three separate plants. Now mind you that they cut these at the base of the vine where it connects to the root ball. I found it confusing why they were in the way of a fence that was being put up exactly where another fence had stood for probably 20 years. Within a few days I had 15ft sections of vine that were dead. After we removed them we had 15+ foot sections of fence with zero coverage anymore. Needless to say my wife was super upset. So much so that she was balling when the crew (and the owner Kent) was there a few days later putting up the fence (this process spanned a week). Instead of apologizing or show any compassion for a visually distraught woman they were condescending and intimidating. I was out of town and could be of any help so she was pretty helpless at solving the situation. They offered no remorse and insisted they had the right to cut what was on MY side of their fence. So when I returned in town I made a call to all involved parties. Even though they incurred lasting damage that will take 2 or 3 years to remedy, had they been friendlier to my wife and even said something like "Sorry, we didn't check with you first but there's nothing I can do." that would have probably changed things for me. I probably would have just called to complain and let him know I was disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone and leave it at that. But because of they chose to be disrespectful I pursued the wrong (and rightfully so). On the phone, the owner, Kent, tried to be condescending and intimidate me like he was to my wife but when he found that it wouldn't work he dodged responsibility over and over and kept asking me what I wanted. I repeated that I only wanted accountability. Accountability for having disregard for me and my neighbors and ultimately causing lasting damaging my property on my property. His response? "Take me to court and we'll see who'll win." Classy. If that's how you run your business that's fine. I didn't take too kindly to his response since I never threatened legal action in the first place. Ultimately he dished all responsibility to the team that did the installation. I'd have thought that an owner would take more responsibility over a job that has his name on it - no matter his relationship with the crew that is actually doing the labor. I was wrong. Dead wrong. I'm sure they have happy customers but I was not at all impressed with anyone I came in contact with at All American Vinyl - except for the guy who answered the phone when I called asking for the owners cell number.
