During his last visit, he commented on our bathroom window, which we had been meaning to re-do. It had an old spray film on it for privacy that needed to be done over. Robert came back the next day and took care of it for us! He scraped off the old film, cleaned the window and applied the new film. He even scraped the exterior of the window (which he didn't have to do) to make it look wonderful and so we didn't have to do that later. We were so happy!! Picked my car up ,went to drive away and all of my dashboard warning lights are flashing,turns out they let my battery die while working on my vehicle and had to jump start my car. There is a procedure when jumping a new Lexus. They did not follow this process that's why all my dashboard lights were flashing. I also notice that they had chipped my paint down to the primer!! Ask the owner what happened,he's says that the chipped paint was done when I brought my car in. He didn't know that I just washed and hand dried my car before I dropped my car off,no chipped paint. I know every inch of my car/baby. Further more,after waiting the three days to roll my windows down,I noticed the tint was peeling off. Took my car back to the owner to have him fix his poor tint job. The picture is after he fixed my tint,no good. If you don't mind subpar work done on your vehicle,go here.
