Technicians, operators we're all courteous and helpful. From what we could tell, they did a great job. UNTIL WE HAD A FLOOD! We used the washer for the first time today. Thankfully, we were home and saw water pooled all around the washer. We stopped it and cleaned up as well as we can, but it's a stacking unit which required two men to move. WE CALLED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE THEY ARE CLOSED. They suggest we call back tomorrow. In the meantime, water has seeped into our floors and wood cabinetry and is already causing visible damage. We left a message with the weekend answering service and are hoping for a call back.

We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

The good folks who work here fix the hardest working tool in our house - our vacuum cleaners. We have 2 dogs and two hairy cats with wall to wall carpeting so you know we need a good, reliable vacuum to keep things under control. We actually have several vacuums because our house has two floors, a full basement, 3 car garage and lots of cars to keep clean. Plus we have a beach house that we rent and it has to be cleaned every Saturday in the narrow window between the time renters leave and new ones come in. Even the best vacuums have to be maintained, whether it's new vacuum cleaner bags or rubber belts for the rug cleaning brushes - heavy use requires regular maintenance. We have counted on the folks here to keep our vacuums running perfectly ever since we moved to Denville, many years ago. My favorite story is that once we brought in a bag less vacuum that we needed attention. The owner of the shop called and said that the vacuum was un repairable - parts not available from the manufacturer! However, they looked up the serial number and found that it was still under warranty and that they had gotten us a new replacement - all for free! Wow, Good service. Friendly people. World class service. Fair prices. Recommended.
