$85 for a visit. He was over a half hour late. He told me to take out the shelves, looked at it, said it would be almost $400 to fix it, left everything out of my fridge, including things he took out that I didn't know how to get back on, and cut out of here. I should have just pitched the fridge, then I'd have $85 more to put towards the new fridge I have to buy anyway. Oh, and he didn't wipe his feet on my mat, and it was rainy today, so he tracked leaves and dirt all through my house. Save your time, and save your money. read more

Don't call this business. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I don't know how their technician is as we never got that far. The lady answering the phone is inept. She has taken our model number twice and I have left her my info at least 5 times. No reply. Nothing. She has never called me back. Their name was given to me from the Fischer Paykel representative but I am going to be sure to let FP know how awful my experience has been. I can understand having by to call a few times and maybe giving my model number twice but never calling back is bad way to stay in business read more

We had to call them repeatedly over a few weeks to find out what the status of our warranty claim was, they rarely returned our calls we just had to get lucky that they answered when we tried them back. When Phillip the technician finally showed up, after he installed the warranty dishwasher parts, he told my wife AND stated in writing on his service ticket that he "tested the spray arms are clear and working fine" After he left and I returned home, I ran the dishwasher, it was very easy to tell that the spray arms were not working at all. And they were not working when he left. And he knew that when he left too. When I called the office, they had Phillip call me and i voiced my displeasure at the fact that the dishwasher was not repaired, and that he knew it before he left our home, and that it was in the same non working state as when he got there. He told me they would have to reschedule another appointment(probably a week later as usual?) And that it would be $85 per hour this time. Sound like a scam? They are ripping off the sears warranty program that hired them to do their warranty repairs, and they are ripping of their customers with added charges, repeated service calls and costs. Sears and Cross Country warranty company have been alerted and should be looking at taking them off their list of contractors. read more

This company came through our HMS home warranty. The technician, Phillip, was nice enough when he came out and diagnosed that a heating element and wire in a wall over needed replacement. He said he would need approval ordering the part through the warranty company first and would submit the request that day. A week later I called HMS and they had not received anything from All Appliance Techs. HMS said they would email a second request (HMS requested paperwork after original service call by Phillip). I have since called All Appliance Techs 3 times in the past week for follow-up. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS. Very frustrating. Then I went online for yelp reviews and see that this company really is not very reliable. I am now on hold with HMS to find out what they will do since they sent out this company. In the meantime, it has been about 3 weeks since I first initiated the request for service. If All Appliance would call me back and let me know what is up, it could really make a difference. I will follow-up on this review to let others know if/how this all works out. read more

Do NOT use this company! I called my warranty company to request service on an ice maker in my LG refrigerator. They contracted with All Appliance Techs in Marthasville. It took All Appliance Techs 3 days to call me with a service date. Phillip showed up, diagnosed the problem, got the ice maker working again but said it would eventually require replacement. He said he would file the paperwork to get the approval. Three weeks later I was still waiting to hear from anyone. I called them to get an update. The secretary asked me to give her an hour to check status and she would call back. Two days later, after no response, I called her again and left a message telling her I would call my warranty company to get status on the order if I didn't hear from her by end of day. As expected, I heard nothing. I called my warranty company to tell them what was going on. After two more weeks and four unanswered voicemails from the warranty company they left a voicemail telling All Appliance Techs that they were terminating the contract. All Appliance Techs never even filed a request for a replacement ice maker. The warranty company told me they had nothing showing that Phillip had even been here. Phillip seems to know his stuff but whoever is handling his paperwork is certainly lacking interest in his success. read more

He stated that parts would have to be ordered and he would come back out to fix it. It has now been 7 weeks and this company will not answer any of the 4 phone numbers that are listed on the invoice or return our calls. We have been scammed!!! read more

They are a small family oriented shop, who are willing to work late if you don't get home until after 5pm,which is when they close. Their technician, Philip is knowledgeable and kind. He was honest, and fixed my icemaker the same day!! Highly recommend this company!! read more
