Four hours later my air still didn't get below 72 degrees . Even when it was only 72 degrees outside at the time so it wasn't a hot day. I called and told him that since he's left my air hasn't turned off and hasn't adjusted temp . Two men came back this time and stayed for about an hour and told my husband my 10 year old unit needed fully replaced and he could do all this for $5500.. my husband said is there a leak what is the issues and they couldn't really give him an answer.. if my unit needed replaced why would he have done with first $400 in freon? I feel like they took advantage of me bc I was here alone with my 3yr old son and also trying to work from home.. very disappointed.. we will be going with another company in the spring for now my heat works great.
