Two years ago they sent a tech out to perform maintenance and…read morehe told me that he could tell based on the sound of my incline motor that it was going bad and I should replace it. Meanwhile it's given me zero problems and is working perfectly fine so I of course decline the replacement and say let's just see if it goes out before we replace it. Well guess what, it's still going strong. Despite that, against my better judgment I decided to use them again to perform annual maintenance on my treadmill. Now apparently they have a whole new system for scheduling which entails you giving someone on the phone a bunch of information so that they can send you a bunch of emails but can't actually do anything to schedule your service. So, you sign a bunch of paperwork, allow them to charge your credit card for work not even performed, and then have to wait 2 more days for another email with a link to schedule. Finally I get a technician out who tells me one of the treadmill wires is burned, he doesn't know what could possibly have caused it but that I need a new motor to the tune of almost $700 "before something bad happens". Once again, I have to agree to allow them to charge my credit card $250 with no work being done in order to move forward to even schedule the appointment. I proceed to do so and then discover that my motor is covered under warranty. So, once again I call fitness machine, technician, and speak to the same woman who apparently cannot do anything to help me get a refund, revised estimate or schedule a repair. She tells me I need to email the parts department back because they are the ones who generate the estimates. Following her instructions I emailed them and ask them to generate a new estimate for the repair only and proceed to get no response. After waiting a week I emailed them again and ask them once again to reverse the charge and generate a new estimate so that I do not have to do a charge back on my credit card. Finally this gets their attention. I have the $250 charge credited and they tell me they are going to generate a new estimate and have included scheduling on the email to reach out to me to get the repair scheduled. It has been a week since that email and still nothing has happened. Since I am now going on about week, four of having no treadmill, I asked for a people in my neighborhood for a recommendation for a Treadmill Repair person. I got a recommendation for a small business man who came out and assessed my treadmill and the so-called burned wire. He brought an amp meter out, tested everything, looked at the deck, the belt and said there is absolutely nothing that needs to be done, the wire is not burned, it is simply running hot and that maybe due to the belt degrading, but that it was probably another year or two away from needing to be replaced. I did not need a new motor, nor did I need the excessive amount of lubricant that the technician placed on the treadmill deck . His rate to perform the same service would have been half of what this company charged me but because he felt I had been completely ripped off by them. He decided not to charge me anything at all, and cleaned up the mess that they had left by over lubricating and not actually cleaning out the motor compartment. Thankfully, I can go back to using my treadmill again and have found a honest, reliable technician with 25 years of experience. Meanwhile, still waiting for that revised estimate and anybody to contact me to schedule the repair that I don't actually need.

Told Gini Buckley that what I needed done (new base & Shed installed). The installer, Rickey Wilson (happens to be her brother) set up appt for the following Monday. He called me at 0700 hrs saying he was on his way, 2 hrs later he said my address was not pulling up. He had the wrong address for me. Once he got here, he said he didn't know it needed a new base so that would have to be done. He had an attitude like it was my fault. He came back an put down the shed floor an the sides of the shed. I could clearly see that a new base was not installed, they put new 2x4's on some of the sides and new plywood on top. The floor gives in when you walk on it. They didn't reinforce it. Then he tells me parts are missing and when I get them to call him. He would put me on the top of his list. That was a joke. He never had intentions of returning to finish this. When he was leaving, all the screws were lying on the ground with the manual. I told him these probably need to be moved because we were getting heavy storms that night. He just tossed them to the side with no care. we picked them up and put them under a covered bin and brought the manual inside. I got the parts in on a Friday and he said he would be there Monday. Sunday he cancelled because he had no helper. I asked if he would be here Tuesday, his response was that it depends on if he had a helper. Mind you, he told me that it would take him 45 minutes to finish it. I left messages with the company asking if they had any one else but no response. I emailed them in hopes of making contact with them, no response. I then got a text from Rickey say "Complaining to my sister will not get me over there faster". How professional is that? He told me he would come and finish it and with the date/time. I received a text saying it was his wife and he was in the ER. Oddly he had told me he was in the middle of getting a divorce. There has been several other times he just didn't show up with no notification. I am not going through everything on here verbatim because I am taking them to civil court. With all the pictures of the shed hanging, videos, text messages and recorded calls, there's no way I can lose. All I asked for in the beginning was half of what I paid him, now I've lost work taking off to be here for him, shed is probably too far damaged and I have to pay another person that knows how to do this correctly to put it up. I truly believe they are scamming people, no company would run like this very long. Do not trust them to put up ANYTHING! They will take your money and then not finish. I never pay anyone in full but it looked like he was nearly finished. When we started checking it out more closely, we found that he had skipped steps in the installation. The front roof panels were not lining up. He also did not put any weatherstipping bands on the 2 roof windows and 2 front windows.We had to unscrew the all of them an put that in them. The windows on the roof were also put on the panel from the wrong side. Thank God we caught this, it would have leaked for sure! The company didn't care if my shed was damaged. I informed them the front panel with the doors was barely hanging by ONE screw and it's storm season. The bracket that was holding it ended up bending. I also informed them that all of our stuff that was in the old shed is sitting outside covered with a tarp. It was only going to be out overnight. They didn't care. Rickey will get upset if you complain to his sister and will tell you that he is awesome at what he does and has been doing this for x amount of years without complaints, don't believe him. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and never use this company! Time for court! If there was a 0 star rating, they would get it. They also go by Professional Assemblers. I was scammed for $570 for this job. I lost work for taking off for him not to show and whatever it will cost to have most of it disassembled and put up....correctly. ***UPDATE*** They have yet to resolve this issue. The partial shed had to be taken down due to it being damage in the initial install. Come to find out, once we could see the base they made, it was not level and no support under it. My old rotted base was still there, they just put a new boards on 2 sides and thin plywood on top. Nothing in the middle. It would give in when it was walked on. That's why the shed wouldn't fit together since it was so unlevel. The shed was $1,400 down the drain an this company doesn't care. I am going after them in court since they didn't care to take my money and not remedy this issue. Un-freaking believable! They are thieves!

That is how we ended up at the Denver Milk Market on a Thursday evening. Located in the Dairy Block on Wazee Street, it is a sprawling food hall designed by chef Frank Bonanno. It is a very pleasant sanctuary to kill some time before ascending into the night sky. The beauty of a venue with a dozen or so food counters is that a group of exhausted travelers does not need to achieve any sort of culinary consensus. One person can eat bao buns, another can eat handmade pasta, and a third can get fried chicken while another simply grabs a few drinks without any diplomatic negotiations. While we were wandering, a woman sat at a table with a microphone hosting a game of trivia to what appeared to be an entirely imaginary audience. Not a single person in the room appeared to be participating. It was a fascinating piece of experimental theater focusing on the loneliness of human knowledge. She called out questions about pop culture, agriculture and other various topics into the empty void, completely unbothered by the silence. I respected her commitment to the craft. The alley outside was maybe the finest part of the establishment. The Dairy Block alleyway is paved and lit up overhead. There was also a side room featuring communal seating and free games like skee ball, a shuffleboard table, and foosball. It turns waiting for a late flight into a minor social outing instead of a punishment. My primary critique is aimed not at the food hall itself, but at the city of Denver as a whole. Everything shuts down ridiculously early. The city has built a ecosystem of food halls, alleyways, and bars that is full of potential, yet the municipal clock seems to dictate that all citizens must be safely tucked in by nine o clock. For a traveler trying to enjoy the city after a long day in a convention center or stretch an evening before a red eye flight, this early curfew is an inconvenience. The Denver Milk Market is an attractive and versatile option for the weary traveler or hungry lunch crowd. It may not be a holy site that requires a special trip across town, but if you have some time to burn, a desire for a game of shuffleboard, and a late flight home, it performs its job admirably. Just make sure you get there before the city decides it is bedtime.

Was very nice warm drink for the cold night. I think the market changes locations at times and it was nice in the Tivoli square area. Fun date night or night out with the family.

I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK. A sales associate told me that if someone doesn't pick up their money after their item sells within a year they forfeit the profit to the store. I have tried to call repeatedly with no call back from the owner. I am worried she will claim it has been over a year and not give me my money. I feel as though they have taken advantage of me and stolen from me. As a social worker in Denver $500+ is a lot of money. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

However non of the shoes they showed me fit, that is when they brought out other options that fit, cost way less and I liked them better. It felt sneaky!
