Day 1 - I faced no concerns and they also confirmed that I have another free pass that I can use. When I come the next day, they refuse to honor the second day free pass. They did not even bother to see my free pass email that was unused. They showed no commitment about the confirmation their own staff gave me that I have another free pass. The manager was not present and did not pick up the call. They are just making fool of people with false information. Waste of time. Beware of joining them. The only reason I was planning to join this gym was because of proximity to my home. I would rather go to other gyms who are much more friendly.

The coaches here are all extremely attentive and provide you with their best knowledge to help you achieve your goal. They are all very well educated on what they do and are very patient and encouraging while still pushing you to work hard! It's a great and fun environment and I never leave disappointed. Not to forget, coaches here are also super friendly and funny and will never bore you with the same stuff. It's a great gym for anyone and I would definitely recommend!!

It's something better--it's a supportive, tight-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who show up for each other every day and push through an intense 45-minute to 1-hour session together. The trainers aren't celebrity icons, but that's the best part. They're real, down-to-earth people who are incredibly fit and deeply knowledgeable about what they do. They motivate, guide, and genuinely care about your progress. If you live in or around the area, joining Stage 3 is honestly a no-brainer. I've got a hectic work life, and this place has become my sanctuary. It's the one hour of the day where I can disconnect, challenge myself, and feel grounded. Big thumbs up from me. The equipment and community they provide is like none other in Atlanta, and if you have $70-80 a month to invest in yourself, and your lifting community, then this is the place for it. Unfortunately, they areeee a bit strict about cancellations. I won't dock that from them in stars, because it has absolutely nothing to do with what it is here for. Just know, I got diagnosed with an internal organ disease recently, and they didn't budge on the cancellation. So if any health/life or death scenarios come up where you can't lift for a good amount of time due to swollen, ruptured, or diseased parts come up, you're still liable for your end of the deal. Which is fair! It's all in their contract. I just would expect some humanity a little, but a small business honestly can't equate that into their bottom line. I get it. All in all, it's an honest, WAY above average, community powerlifting gym that expects more than you expect out of yourself. THAT is the way you manage a gym, and that is what I love about it.
