All Around Movers had better reviews than those more expensive places in Salem. I called several places and all had tacked on prices (such as gas, extra cost if out of salem even if only 11 miles). All Around Movers did not have extra fees. Just a flat price per hour. On June 29th, Juan, Martin, Andrew and Franki packed up everything carefully in the 2 trucks in 1 hour and unloaded in 2 hours. Would have been shorter if WE would have organized our boxes a bit better. The guys showed up exactly on time and began working as soon as they arrived. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it. When we arrived at the new house I walked them around and then stood at the truck and told them which room to take boxes to. They even put together the bed frames for us without asking which was so nice. They were extremely polite and moved the big furniture in exact locations we wanted. We had to change out the electrical cord or the dryer. After we paid, two of the guys stuck around 5 extra minutes to move the dryer into the house from the garage when we were done changing out the cord. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. And the guys were extremely polite and professional. AND NOT ONE THING DAMAGED! read more

Mike, Juan, and Josh of All Around Movers did a wonderful job of moving me from a 3-story townhouse into a new home on 3/23/2019. They were careful, professional, and helpful in every way. They placed everything in my new home exactly where I requested and were careful not to cause any damage to the apartment or home. They also supplied their own truck, which they packed expertly, and brought all of the other supplies needed for the move. The movers for my previous move cost more, and did none of these things. In addition, The previous movers damaged the home I was moving from, causing me to lose a portion of my deposit. Also, since I had to provide my own truck for the previous move and I'm not used to driving such a big vehicle, I was involved in a minor accident, which added to the stress and frustration of the move; and the cost of the truck greatly increased my cost. My movers, Mike and Juan, were great. I highly recommend All Around Movers! I had a terrible experience with previous movers and so I read lots and lots of reviews this time to pick the right company and All Around Movers were the right ones to pick. Mike and Juan worked fast and carefully and got done much faster than I predicted. They wrapped my large furniture up really well and secured it safely for the journey so everything traveled well. I can't believe how strong those guys are! When I move next, they will be the people I will call without any hesitation. Great rates since they have their own truck. I compared them with companies where I would have to rent the truck and I think All Around Movers worked out the same. They are all above board, follow all the state laws, have insurance, etc. I can't see me driving the truck myself being as careful and I was thankful I could avoid having to do that just to save money! We hired All Around Movers for a local move of about 15 miles. We hired 2 trucks with 2 guys per truck. We could not be more happy with the experience. Literally, could not be happier. They arrived on time. They introduced themselves in a casual but professional way. I had some breakfast refreshments available but they declined as they wanted to get started to make sure our day went smoothly. It did. They had a 3,000 sq ft house, 3 car garage, fully loaded and ready to drive in amazing time of around 3.5 hours. They drove directly to our new home and had us unloaded, furniture in place, beds up and everything where we wanted it. They even asked if we wanted anything changed/moved. Our previous move with a major van lines was a nightmare. This company and the 4 guys that moved us have restored our faith. My wife and I recently sold our respective houses and bought one together. I moved first and hired All Around Movers based on reviews and a phone conversation with the company. The crew they assigned to my move, Mike and Juan, were fantastic. They were very efficient and got the contents of my three-bedroom house and garage loaded and unloaded at the new house in just 6.5 hours. So we hired them again for my wife's house. We asked for -- and got -- Mike and Juan again, plus Hayden since she had a larger house with a piano. Again, they were fantastic. They arrived on time and packed up the truck like it was a Tetris game. They disassembled and reassembled three beds, including my stepson's unwieldy and complex loft bed, plus a large set of storage cabinets. This is the third time I've used this business and I must say this was the best experience yet. The first was a local move in Salem; the 2nd was from Salem to Springfield; and the 3rd was from Springfield to Vancouver WA. After several frustrating attempts at finding a mover I could afford that would go across state lines (even just across the river), I took the chance on this company again. As in the past, the owner was very helpful and his quote was almost right on the money. Juan and Mike were on time and were the most professional I've seen. They were extremely careful with all of my belongings and they were fast. They unloaded and placed my things in an organized manner so it would be easy to locate things for unpacking. My husband and I moved from Tualatin to Salem. We researched different movers in the area, and were impressed with the reviews of All Around Movers. I called and spoke with the owner. He quoted a very fair price for 2 men and a 25' truck. The men showed up on time. They were professional, courteous, and FAST! They had our townhome loaded up before I knew it! When they had about half of the garage left to load, I told them I'd meet them at the new home, and asked them to please just close the garage door and lock it up. I wasn't at the new home too long before they arrived. They did a walk through to get a general idea of which room was which, they asked when they had a question. My wife and I were moving from Portland to Salem, and we were going to do it ourselves by renting a U-Haul van, and then also had to move it up to the third-floor, and we are in our 60s and said no way. I found All Around Movers from Salem online, gave them a call, spoke to the owner, told him what we were moving, gave us a great price, the best I've seen so far for two guys, Tucker and Josh, and it was the best moving experience I've had in years, maybe ever. They were both very friendly, conscientious, and well mannered and not to leave out how fast they worked. They came to our house in Portland at 8:00 AM Saturday morning, loaded the truck, drove to Salem, unloaded the entire truck by 1:15 in the afternoon and we were on the third floor. I hired All Around Movers to pack up my household and move it to storage after a major life change. Don, the contact at AAM, was courteous and answered all my questions. AAM has a contract with customers so you get what you ask for. Other friends have used other movers and told me that others promise 3 workers and end up only sending two. I wanted an outfit I could count on. On packing day, the 3-person team was there on time and explained thoroughly what would happen. They answered my questions and kept me in the loop as the time progressed. The next morning, they truck was promptly there and the movers efficiently moved belongings into the truck. Once we were at the storage unit, they unloaded my things in under an hour and made sure I was happy with the way things were placed. We hired All Around Movers for our recent move. It was a great experience! I had contact with both Don and Sarah in the office and each interaction was pleasant and to the point, which I really appreciate. However, the best part of our move was getting to meet Chris and Joseph. I have a 4 year old son who is very talkative, outgoing and curious so he was very invested in what was going on. They both took their time to engage with him and he was absolutely thrilled. In fact, Joseph told me that my son was already such an interesting person which is one of the best compliments I have ever received. On the business end, they had us moved in about 2 hours (we don't own that much) which included a drive from Salem to Dallas and unloading into a 3rd floor apartment. I needed to move across town and asked my brother to research a good moving firm. He recommended All Around Movers based on reviews. Dealing with the setup was efficient and the website registration was super easy. The 2 movers, Chris and Juan showed up on the dot of 8 AM, quickly evaluated my 3-bedroom home and started in. They explained exactly what they planned, worked very efficiently and carefully, wrapped furniture for protection, and were at all times courteous and helpful. They respected my stressed-out cat and left her area till the last. At the new house, they placed furniture where I wanted and did a walk through at the end to see if I was happy with the placement, even adjusting some things. Where do I even start. After having a moving company "no show" on our moving day I was so frustrated. Until... the next morning I came upon an All Around Movers add in the phone book. (Yes I haven't used a phone book in years) but I was desperate. I spoke to a really nice lady and she worked us in to their schedule that day at the last minute. This company is more than 5 stars they deserve a 100+ stars. The 2 gentlemen that helped us move, were super fast and efficient. They were very careful with our things. When delivering our items they put the boxes in orderly fashion and even helped put our bed and our entertainment center together. They made the whole process very smooth and hassle- free. These guys were a real class act! I set up the move through Don, who was extremely patient with my multitude of questions. The scheduling process went smoothly and their online portal is very easy and straightforward to use. All the information you need to know for insurance, packing tips, Oregon rules and regulations, etc were all provided in links through the online scheduling process. Slick! Fast forward to move day and our 3 movers arrived a little early, which was nice. We did a walkthrough of the house together then they were ready to work. After asking everyone I know and hearing nothing but horror stories about the movers they used, I took a chance on All Around Movers. My experience with these guys was exceptional. They showed up on time, ready to work and they put my entire 2800 sq ft house and 900 sq ft patio into 2 trucks in 2 hours. The following day they showed up at the new place right on the dot, even with it being a two hour drive. They unloaded everything efficiently and with care to all the appropriate rooms and reassembled all the beds/desks. It honestly felt like magic. All Around moved my furniture from house to storage unit in January, and on Sept. 8, Josh and Tucker moved me into an apartment! On both occasions, the service was fabulous! Josh and Tucker were on time, highly professional, friendly, and fun to work with. I paid $200 for the 2-hour minimum in the recent move, I believe it was slightly less in January, but it was money very, very well-spent. They made sure I was completely satisfied with furniture placement, and asked if there was anything else I needed. I hired All Around Movers to pack my POD for a long distance move and I could not recommend them more highly. They were hard working, focused and efficient while having to move all our things down three flights of stairs. I was prepared to leave many things behind that I didn't think would fit into my POD but Juan did an outstanding job of fitting things in, so I got to take more of my things than I had hoped to. They were very flexible about scheduling, as our closing date wavered, and when the big day came we scored with the best team ever - Mike & Josh! They were right on time, so friendly and helpful, very nice to be around and patient with us as we hadn't really figured out exactly where to put everything. They were understanding about us needing to take some time to move our dogs around and take care of their needs before taking off, and that means a lot to me. They moved me without a single problem, the guys were knowledgable, careful with my furnishings, friendly and professional. They arrived on time worked with me to place the furnishings where I needed them. The doors had to come off the hinges to get a few of my things into the new place, the guys took that in stride, got it handled, then replaced the doors to complete the job. We were packed and ready to go. They showed up ten minutes early and didn't start charging until beginning paperwork was done. Juan and Connor loaded, moved and unloaded (one neighboring city to another) in two hours! Not a scratch, dent or broken anything. They were courteous, helpful (talked us through connecting the washer and dryer), made sure our beds and frames were set up before they left and thanked US at the end!
