This cleaning service is absolutely terrible, Do not trust the reviews you see google, they are reviews from his employees, They will sneak in fees without telling you, your home will still need to be cleaned after the service. If you care to read here this is my experience: I just recently moved into a new rental property, Long story short when I arrived at the property, I discovered house was very dirty and so were the carpets (pet pee stains and smelled). I put my move in on hold did not move into the house and immediately looked to google for a cleaning service company. This company was number one. So I called to book a home cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was very upfront with the condition of both the house and carpets. I made sure to ask what was included in the service, how many people they are sending, how long it would take, and the cost. The following day when they came to service my home. I was told the service would take about seven hours total It took them four hours. They tried to charge me additional money for the carpets because of pet stains and i had to call them and tell themI already told them there was pet stains ln the carpet when I originally booked the appointment. They did change the price back the original price. After the service was completed, I was not happy with the cleaning services. The house with a little bit cleaner, but I still wouldn't have called it clean. The sinks and bathrooms were still dirty, the blinds were still dusty, the walls and baseboards were never cleaned. Honestly it just looked like a rushed job. I called them back to reclean the areas I thought were the worst. When she came back I felt like she had a lot of excuses like You really have to scrub these areas, it just needs to be repainted, etc. The areas that were recleaned still weren't perfect. I was still unhappy but I felt like this was the best I was going to get. Now for the carpet cleaning. I did not know the original color of the carpets and when I saw them I felt like they were pretty good they smells a little better and thought some of the stains were gone. But I couldn't have any more wrong. Then a few days later when i look at my bank statement statements I saw they also charge me for an "expedited amount" for each service which was never discussed when I booked the service. I had to fight to get that fee taken off and be refunded. The first time I vacuumed my carpets, I discovered how filthy my carpet still were. After vacuuming the stains started to reappear. I vacuumed one room for an hour, I had you empty out my vacuuming multiple times. There was so much stuff that came out of my carpet I had to stop, Unclog my entire vacuum, and wash the filters. And my carpet still will not clean. My fiancé reached out to them again and he got no response. I went out and bought my own carpet cleaner, and I'm cleaning my carpets my myself. All they did was cover up the dirt and stains on my carpets. After this company cleaned my carpets they had less pet stains, still had some pet order smells, were rough and dark brown. After I cleaned them myself, they have no stains, fluffy, light brown color, and the odor is completely gone. I paid Over $1000 for a home and carpet cleaning Service and ultimately I'm cleaning everything again myself and had to spend more

I have NEVER had such prompt, professional, excellent cleaning as I got through Maid Spotless. I'd given up and hadn't had a professional housecleaning in many years when I realized an injury had left me unable to keep up with the needs of my 3,400 SF home, and I began searching for a regular house cleaning service. This is what I experienced when I tried different companies that were not Maid Spotless: One place never showed up on the day promised (Paradise Cleaning), instead texting me at the end of the day she was supposed to clean with a terse "I had an emergency," not even an apology, only after we had made countless attempts to reach her. She left me to scramble for anyone I could find on short notice, which ended up being two young women who spent 6 hours, charged double the quoted amount and did a terrible job (didn't even complete the house). A deep cleaning crew I hired after a substantial remodel charged me $350 for a "deep clean" and left spider webs in the corners, didn't dust in obvious places, left streaks on 2 of my 3 showers, missed food spots on my cabinetry, didn't clean the microwave or oven, missed the laundry room altogether, etc. My house is, compared to others I've seen, always fairly clean. Betty's crew described it as a "show home," I wipe down my marble shower every day, and I sweep or vacuum almost every day. So it's usually floors, toilets, dusting the wood blinds, and kitchen crumbs, etc. that need to be done. Maid Spotless, from day one, did it right. As picky as I am, they didn't miss a thing. I've never had that before with a cleaning crew. They use good, clean microfiber cloths, nice-smelling, gentle but effective products, and if something needs special attention, they address it without you having to point it out. Nobody's perfect all the time, but Maid Spotless comes very close. Another thing I appreciate is Betty herself, who works with you on scheduling and seems to really value my business, unlike other companies I tried.
