I had my front bumper repaired by this place they were supposed to paint the bumper and replace. The bumper to this date is loose and falling apart. The paint is chipping and is a different color from the car. Contacted insurance company and was told to take it back if not satisfied and open a claim. Don't use these people. read more

I took my car here with front Bumper damage after I was hit in a parking lot. It took over 4 weeks to get my car fixed. The new bumper looks ok'ish but only some pieces were fixed and other old pieces that were scratched In the accident were put back with the new pieces. The assembly looks like it was done roughly with scuffs and scratches on the new pieces. These new pieces are hodgepodged with the old pieces. Great bunch of guys! As I was coming down off the hill, some guy in a truck ran into the back of my car. There were some bumper dings and a broken taillight on my 2014 Mazda 3. I received quotes from some competing collision shops and Allen Park Collision came in a little over half the cost(59%) of the other quotes. (A difference of ~500 dollars.) They also said it would take about 2 days, whereas the competition told me 3 days. I obviously chose Allen Park Collision. I dropped my car off and they gave me a call on the morning of the second day to come pick it up. There was a mix up with the taillight replacement from the supplier(My car has LED taillights, the supplier shipped a normal bulb.) They apologized and worked with the supplier to get the correct part. I took my car that day and came back a few days later and they swapped it out in about 10 minutes. Overall, I couldn't recommend them more and will be using their services in the unfortunate event of another car collision. read more

Mike is AMAZING!! My car was atleast 2500 worth of damage, he quoted me suchhhh a unbelievable deal literally. It took abt a few weeks for my car to be ready. But he remained to keep in touch regarding each process and step, they even provided me a rental car in the meantime that they covered/paid for. When I picked my car up, it looked BRAND NEW!! Michael Bates tried to hold my car hostage because of this clown and the dealer. I don't know which is worse, this guy billing a dealer $855.00 for 5 miles or the dealer falling for such. I have called this place 3 times in the last week.... first time spoke to Haas and he told me to bring my vehicle to the shop on Saturday and that he would be there to do a quick estimate.... NO One was there...... Called Monday spoke to the receptionist and she told me that she would see if someone would be there past 5 to give estimate and if not she would call me back if they would not be there, no call, went up there and AGAIN no one was there...... Called Tuesday to complain spoke to Benny and told him look I heard you were good but I don't have to come to your shop all I need is a quick estimate....
